Although the hotel is quite far from central London, we chose it based on the price and reviews, and we were very happy with our stay. The location in the area itself was excellent, right on a main street with plenty of small shops, cafés and places to eat nearby. We received a voucher for breakfast at a nearby café that included a free coffee and 10% off, which was a lovely touch. The café itself was fantastic. We also really liked how cleverly the small room was designed. The fold-out table, the wardrobe that turned out to include a kitchenette, and the overall use of space were all very practical, stylish and well thought out. It was compact, but very smart and comfortable.

Very clean and modern hotel with all the necessary amenities, tabletop stove and refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker and iron, all cooking utensils, located in the Jewish Quarter, supermarket and good restaurants around it.

This is my fourth or fifth stay at Nox, and my third stay within the last year. I genuinely enjoy staying at your hotel, which is why I keep coming back. However, during this visit I encountered several issues that significantly affected my experience.

On the first day, the air conditioning in my room was not working, which was especially uncomfortable given the intense heat in London at the time. In addition, there were a large number of flies and insects in the shower area. I reported this issue on the second or third day of my stay, but unfortunately nothing was done to resolve it.

That said, I would also like to emphasize the positive aspects of my stay. Your staff is truly outstanding. We felt very well looked after throughout our visit. The service was excellent, the team was friendly and professional, and the rooms were clean and well maintained.

Nevertheless, the problems with the air conditioning and the insects seriously impacted our comfort. I reported these concerns and also asked to speak with the hotel manager, but apparently that was not possible.

I would very much like to return to your hotel in a few months, as I genuinely enjoy staying here. However, based on this experience, I may need to reconsider my future bookings unless these issues are addressed.

Clean, spacious and very cool on a very hot day. Love it.

Relația cu personalul, foarte comunicativi și de ajutor.Accesul facil la stațiile de autobuz în orice direcție.Este înconjurat de restaurante bune,cafenele și market-uri.Curățenia a fost ok, spațiu într-adevăr micuț ( am înțeles că toată Londra suferă de spațiu,cel puțin la prețurile astea mai mici).Avea de toate în acest spațiu, inclusiv fierul de călcat era funcțional, masă de călcat,feon,seif și o chicinetă mică dotată cu veselă,aparat de cafea, surprinzător cum le-au inclus pe toate în spațiul ăla mic și mai rămânea și loc, nu aveai senzația că te sufoci în el.

Chambre bien équipée et confortable même si petite. C'est super de pouvoir avoir une kitchenette . Tout etait tres bien sauf le manque de lumiere. L'emplacement est vraiment parfait.Beaucoup de commerces mais aéré. Proximité bus et metro.
