The location , good shower, comfy bed.
The staff were lovely, room super clean, great aircon, and great facilities in room.
The builders started working at 8.20am - so not the most restful morning.

High ceilings make the room feel nice and big. The bathroom was a lovely size with a great shower. It’s well appointed, clean and stylish while being comfortable. The sound proofing was good - you couldn’t hear anything from the other rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful and having a 24hr front desk is a bonus. The kitchen area was well thought out and had plenty of what you needed for a short stay.
A space to sit and eat would be good for the apartments although that would take up more space.

Une mauvaise odeur régnait dans la chambre. La climatisation était bruyante avec un bruit d'eau qui coule constant. La salle de bain était dans un état négligé (moisissures des joints de la douche, traces d'eau et de calcaire sur la robinetterie). La chambre était dans un état déplorable (poussière sur les meubles, cheveux et tâches diverses sur les draps de lit, cheveux et poils étrangers retrouvés un peu partout dans la chambre ainsi qu'une étiquette de prix et une lentille de contact). Le personnel n'a fait preuve d'aucune compréhension, refusant un changement de chambre et nous assurant que la chambre était propre et nettoyée.

Normally I really like NOX hotels, they have everything you need in a small efficient space. good value for money.
Location is close to a lot shops, supermarket, cafe and public transport. Easy check in and checkout and quick communication. Staff are great and the place is clean (though there was a funny smell of paint or something this time).
On this visit a few things didn't work properly in my room. Most importantly: the brita tap was not working at all and the shower was dripping which drove me crazy at night.
I told reception. I said it's not urgent but would be great if they could have someone look into it the next day. I was there for 5 days it was never fixed. I bought water and played with the shower tap untill it stopped or placed a towel under to muffel the dripping sound. It's manageable, just cost me more money and time and disrupted my sleep.
Other than that, the staff is great and kind and the rooms are clean.
