Pros:

Świetny Hotel w super lokalizacji , plus ze brak dzieci byłem z żoną na 12 dni , jedzenie wysokiej jakości drinki i inne udogodnienia tak samo. Za rok wracamy, pozdrawiam Całą obsługę hotelu :)

Od tohoto hotelu jsem celkově čekala mnohem, mnohem více. Takže docela velké zklamání...
Pros:

Možnost použít vodu z automatů a načepovat si ji. Přesto jsme to nevyužili, máme rádi chorvatskou vodu Jamnicu. Obchod byl kousek. Objednávala jsem toto ubytování s tím, že tam nejsou děti a to bylo opravdu fajn. Některá z jídel se dala jíst.

Cons:

Žádala jsem pokoj s pohledem na klášter v 5. patře, bohužel se tak nestalo a pokoj jsme měli na druhou stranu ve 3 patře, ale bylo to zároveň se zemí, takže plno hmyzu, pokoj byl tmavý, museli jsme pořád svítit a nic tam neschlo. Podotýkám, že jsme tam přijeli 30.5. a v pavilonu bylo plno prázdných pokojů. Spousta personálu i na recepci neuměla chorvatský jazyk a někteří nezdravili. Hosté často nedodržovali "dres code" obzvláště na oběd chodili v plavkách a přes ně pouze plážové šaty/šatičky. Sklenice z barů se povalovaly po celém areálu...ale to svědčilo o nevychovaných návštěvnících. Pokoj byl sice čistý, ale jak už jsem psala, plný lezoucího hmyzu - dostali jsme sprey :) Kdo má potíže se schody, vůbec nedoporučuji, je jich tam spousta, než se dostanete k nějakému výtahu. Lehátka u vody byla na pláži plné velkých kamenů a to i ve vodě. My jsme chodili vedle na pláž mimo hotel, kde jsme v tu dobu byli skoro pořád sami. Káva byla sice zadarmo v rámci all inclusiv, ale dobrá byla jen u recepce a pak z automatů v jídelně. V barech byla jakási rozpustná břečka. nepili jsme alkohol, takže to nemohu posoudit. Jídlo bylo často podivně řešeno, k masu s omáčkou nebyla příloha a naopak, když byla např. rýže nebyla omáčka :) Často přesolené jídlo. Zákusky pořád stejné...jídlo pořád stejné, malý výběr. Ještě doplním: málo parkovacího místa, takže vyjet někde na výlet? Nepřicházelo v úvahu. Takže poprvé a naposled.

super location, great amenities.
Pros:

great location, amazing views, very nice beach and pool. Room/suite was very well designed and very high end.

Cons:

food in the all inclusive deal was very average at best. Some guests very loud around the pool and nothing mentionned by the staff.

Das Essen im Restaurant war wirklich sehr lecker.
Der Kaffee an der Kaffeebar war super.
Die Lage des Hotels ist wunderschön und ruhig.
Sehr nettes Personal.
Unser Swim Up Zimmer war der Wahnsinn!

Cons:

Die Qualität der Cocktails und Longdrinks war nicht gut (Billigspirituosen).
Service war quasi nicht vorhanden. Für Drinks müsste man sich in eine lange Schlange einreihen.
Zwischen 14:30-18:30 Uhr hat man keine Möglichkeit etwas zu Essen! Es gibt ausschließlich geschmacklosen Kuchen, einen kalten labbrigen Mini Wrap oder ein kaltes vertrocknetes Mini Sandwich.
Zusätzlich wurde unser Zimmer extrem selten gereinigt. Wir waren teilweise mehrere Stunden unterwegs und kamen in ein ungemachtes Zimmer zurück (Schild zur Reinigung haben wir aufgehängt).

Sve pohvale za večeru u hotelu! Hrana je bila izuzetno ukusna i lijepo pripremljena. Usluga u restoranu na visokoj razini. Veliki plus za kulinarski tim!

Cons:

Odmah po dolasku na recepciju, umjesto tople dobrodošlice, prvo pitanje je bilo: "Gdje ste parkirali? Morate platiti parkiranje." S obzirom na to da smo se o parkingu unaprijed informirali, ovakav nastup je bio suvišan, a prvi dojam vrlo neugodan. Puno bi poslovnije i profesionalnije bilo da su nas dočekali s: "Dobar dan, dobro došli, kako ste putovali? Ukoliko trebate parkiranje...".
Dodatno, prvu noć nismo spavali jer je tenda ispod naše sobe bila nepričvršćena te je cijelu noć glasno i neugodno lupala. Problem smo ujutro prijavili istoj djelatnici na recepciji, no ništa nije poduzeto. Tek nakon što smo navečer ponovno prijavili problem drugoj djelatnici, ona je odmah reagirala i kvar je uspješno uklonjen.

Essen & Cocktails waren teilweise ungenießbar.
Pros:

- Lage Top, direkt am Meer.
Nach Dubrovnik noch ca 2h, nach Makarska 30min.
- Zimmer war nett eingerichtet und Sauberkeit war in Ordnung.

Cons:

Alle negativen Rezensionen bezüglich der Verpflegung sind absolut korrekt.

Vorweg:
Obwohl das Hotel bei allen anderen Bewertungen immer wieder Besserung verspricht, konnten wir diese in keinster Weise bemerken. Böse Zungen könnten dies als faule Ausreden abstempeln.

•Das Essen ist stark auf Briten ausgelegt - und das noch nicht mal gut. Zerkochte Nudeln, alles schwimmt in irgendeinem Saft, die Melonen schmecken wie Gummi und das Obst kommt generell aus Dosen. Es gab KEIN EINZIGES kroatisches Gericht. Die Softdrinks hatten keine Kohlensäure bzw. waren reine Sirupmischungen, die so süß sind, dass sie wirklich ungenießbar waren.

•Die Cocktails können aus einer großen Auswahl gewählt werden, jedoch sind keine großen Unterschiede bemerkbar.(werden alle per Maschine fertig gemischt)
Mir war in meinem Leben nur selten etwas „zu süß“, aber diese Cocktails musste ich teilweise stehen lassen, weil ich sie schlichtweg nicht trinken konnte.
Aus dem geplanten Strand-/Pool- und Entspannungsurlaub wurde dann ein Urlaub voller Ausflüge. Dubrovnik, Makarska oder einfach spazieren gehen und die Gegend erkunden war das neue Programm - wir machten das Beste daraus, um nicht im Hotel sein zu müssen.

•Die einzige positive Sache war das Swim-up-Zimmer. Dadurch mussten wir uns nicht mit den anderen Hotelgästen um 7:30 Uhr um die letzten freien Liegen streiten, sondern konnten die ersten Stunden des Tages entspannt am eigenen Pool verbringen.
(Zwischen den Liegen verlief zwar eine stattliche Ameisenstraße und der Pool war ziemlich kalt, dennoch war es besser als der Hauptpool.)

Und zum Schluss die Krönung der Frechheit:
Pro Tag wird eine Gebühr von 8 € für einen Parkplatz verrechnet, der so weit vom Hotel entfernt liegt, dass man von einem hoteleigenen Shuttle abgeholt werden muss.
​Wir sind zahlende Gäste in diesem Haus - und selbst für so etwas wird noch dreist die Hand aufgehalten? Das unterstreicht noch einmal ganz deutlich das mangelhafte Serviceverständnis dieses Hotels.

I was disappointed with the condition of the room from the moment I entered it. There were cobwebs and hanging strands throughout the room, as well as many long-legged insects/spiders both inside and outside the room. I got the impression that the room had not been properly cleaned or occupied for quite some time. In addition, there was no hot water in the shower.
All of these issues were reported to the receptionist immediately upon arrival.
The hot water issue was fixed the following day, and cleanliness improved somewhat in the following days. However, I expected a much higher standard from this hotel, so overall this was a very disappointing stay, especially considering the price we paid.
