Pros:

Chegamos ao hotel antes do horário previsto de check-in e, mesmo assim, a equipe foi muito atenciosa e nos permitiu fazer o check-in antecipado. Todos os funcionários foram extremamente simpáticos e prestativos. O quarto estava limpo, confortável e muito bem preparado. Graças a esse atendimento acolhedor, conseguimos descansar depois da viagem. Recomendo este hotel com tranquilidade para quem valoriza um excelente atendimento.

U hotelu sam boravio jednu noć i bio sam vrlo zadovoljan. Soba je bila čista, uredna i udobna. Osoblje je bilo ljubazno i ​​uvijek spremno pomoći. Postupak prijave bio je brz i jednostavan. Персонал великолепный, расположение в тихой улице, но в части города, где всё есть (метро и паром в 10 минутах ходьбы), вкусные завтраки. Отличный вид с террасы, где проходят завтраки

Cons:

Невероятно малый по размеру стандартный номер, 9 квадратных метров, хотя заявлено было значительно больше. Жалюзи не работают в номере, постоянно темно. Всё очень крошечное, двум людям не развернуться в столь ограниченном пространстве. Если путешествие с чемоданом -его негде разместить. Кондиционер очень долго охлаждает номер. Нет чайного набора в номере, но чай есть на терассе, которая работает только до 23:00

La terrazza è un gioiellino riguardo a confort e piacevolezza durante la colazione mattutina e durante il tempo libero della giornata. Anche la sera, sorseggiando il te o caffè offerti gratuitamente a tutte le ore, ci si può intrattenere sulla terrazza e pianificare il resto della vacanza.

Tivemos uma ótima experiência neste hotel. Tudo estava muito limpo, organizado e bem cuidado. A equipe foi extremamente atenciosa, educada e sempre disposta a ajudar. O quarto era confortável e o café da manhã delicioso, com bastante variedade. A localização também é excelente. É um hotel confiável e de ótima qualidade. Recomendo de olhos fechados e com certeza voltaremos!

لقد نسيت بنتي 600 يورو فوق الخزنه والفندق اعترف بالأول انه وجد 200 ثم بعد اصرار اعترف ب400 وبعد كثره جدال 450 يورو ارجعو وطلبو 150 يورو لا يوجد امانه بالفندق والموظفين

Отличный отель для остановки на несколько дней в Стамбуле
Pros:

1. Месторасположение отличное. Рядом пристани паромов, станция метро, автобусные остановки, разнообразные магазины, обменники, рынки, район Мода, и тд. За 15 минут можно дойти до крупного ТЦ Наутилус.
2. Влияние тур индустрии на район меньше, чем на близлежащие районы на европейской стороне, значит можно питаться в заведениях рассчитанных на местных жителей - это кратно дешевле.
3. В отеле хороший персонал, в одну из смен на ресепшн работает русскоговорящий молодой человек.
4. Завтраки простые, но очень сытные. Чайки попрошайки придают дополнительный колорит. Поверх крыш видно море.

Cons:

1. По ночам и рано утром была какая то проблема с очень громко скрипящей дверью для персонала, которая находилась прямо рядом с нашим номером, из-за этого просыпались. Возможно проблему решили, так как в последнюю ночь было тихо.
2. Нет мест что бы высушить бельё.
