I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you want comfort and convenience, staffs here are terrible
Pros:

The location is very good. Close to restaurants.

Cons:

Our phone was not working the moment we checked in and we let them know and didn’t do anything about it. We stayed there for three days and our concerns were totally ignored. We just gave up after telling them twice. The AC is so bad, you have to open the windows if it’s cooled outside but when it’s hot you will be miserable. It’s not a comfortable stay. And the staff don’t care.

Todo. La ubicación. La amabilidad del personal y su buena predisposición. El desayuno. Las vistas. La habitación. Te organizan el traslado al aeropuerto. El spa queda en otro lugar pero incluye el traslado y es algo q no se pueden perder

Best option for a couple retreat in Cappadocia
Pros:

The stay was amazing, with large and spacious rooms (and a Jacuzzi). The views from the property were beautiful, although unfortunately we couldn’t fully enjoy them from the pool due to the weather.

Séjour au centre de la Cappadoce
Pros:

Petit déjeuner très copieux (pas de buffet, service à table (pain, confiture, œuf, tomates, fromage, olives, etc.)
Très bon emplacement pour visiter Goreme.
Parking sur place.
Chambre spacieuse.

Cons:

Quelques détails dans la chambre : eau qui fuit de la douche, literie moyenne mais dans l’ensemble très bon hôtel.

Fantastic views and huge breakfast
Pros:

Cappadocia Inn Cave Hotel is situated in Goreme about 5 minutes walk up a short incline from the town centre. It is therefore ideally located to both explore the town but also as a base for balloon trips and other excursions. We stayed for 3 nights. There is a roof terrace with fantastic views at sunrise of the balloons flying directly overhead and across Goreme. It is worth getting up about 30 minutes after sunrise for this.
The breakfasts were tasty. Vast amounts of cheeses, bread, cake , olives, tomtaoes, cucumber, salad and each day a different variation of cooked egg and Turkish sausage. The reception staff were helpful and kind. They advised us on the best trips to book and made sure we got the best prices. We were allowed to leave our bags at reception both on early arrival and after check out. Restaurant staff were pleasant and efficient. I woukd highly recommend this place

Cons:

The amount of food served at breakfast was excessive. We both have healthy appetites but could managed to eat less than half .
The driveway up from the road is quite steep. A good aerobic test for walking.
