החליפו בעלים כל הביקורות הטובות על ארוחת הבוקר לא רלוונטיות! מגישים מיץ תפוזים, קפה וקוראסון.
לא היו מים חמים, צריך לבקש שימלאו את המים , המיזוג בלובי וב״חדר אוכל״ לא עובד! חם מאוד!
Frukosten var bra när vi åt på en närliggande bar men mindre bra då baren var stängt (halva tiden av vår vistelse) och vi fick påsar med frukost att äta på hotellet. Den frukosten var inte i närheten av vad baren erbjöd, torr kaka, orostat bröd osv.
Air konditionen verkade inte riktigt fungera som det skulle. Temperaturen skilde sig avsevärt mellan våra två rum. Vi fick också hålla dörrarna stängda då hallen emellan rummen var väldigt varm och påverkade temperaturen i rummen. I övrigt var rummen helt okej, rymliga och med fina badrum.

Well ran out of hot water, boiler was broken. Didn’t give enough toilet paper.
Location was ideal.
Furniture in the living area wasn't comfortable but the bed was grand.

Brudny , poplamiony dywan nie odkurzany przez 6 dni naszego pobytu .Brak szafki na ubrania tylko kilka wieszaków na drążku . Prysznic nad wanna z którego podczas kąpieli woda płynie na pokój . Podczas naszego pobytu dwukrotnie nie działała winda a mieszkaliśmy na 3 piętrze . Kawa do expresu tylko pierwszego dnia .Przy hotelu jest bar przy którym każdego wieczoru zbierają się tłumy ludzi i jest bardzo głośno do późnych godzin nocnych . Klimatyzacja tylko w pokoju.
Instalación muy buenas todo limpio cumple con la categoría de 4 estrella muy cerca del centro y atracciones turísticas como el coliseo se puede hacer caminando
El ascensor muy pequeño con suerte puede ser ocupado por dos personas si tres mal estás grande se dificulta su uso

Service was very good and the gentleman at the front desk works very hard. From handling luggage delivery to serving breakfast, he was very accommodating. Rooms are very well sized in an excellent location. Reasonably priced given it's only a 10 minute walk to the Colosseum with many dining options just outside.
Only issue was one of our rooms, the air conditioning wasn't very cold, but all our other rooms were fine and very comfortable. The property is a bit worn and could use a refresh.

The location, it's very central and only 5 minutes away from the Collosium. There are also lots of restaurants and cafés close by.
We were checked in by a young lady who seemed like she didn't want us there or want to be there herself. She barley spoke to us, just huffed and puffed her way through everything. When your met by a host/receptionist you want to feel welcomed and we weren't. It was a quick hi, name, i need your credit card and passports.
Once checked in we were told breakfast at the hotel would only be in the hotel on Sunday morning from 7.30am, for the rest of our stay we were told we would be given tokens each morning and have to walk to a cafe 2 min down the road. I thought this was very strange and that made me think there were staff issues.
The Sunday morning breakfast was really disappointing not as advertised online. Stale croissants, biscuits & cake, a couple juices & toast, there was DIY nespresso coffee. The staff all hid in the back and I could hear them chatting behind a closed door, it felt very awkward. One girl brought me the toast, which was a poor quality sliced white bread,, there was no butter or jam so I didn't eat it.
The following day we took our tokens for the breakfast down the street, this was even more disappointing. We were immediately treated like an inconvenience because we had tokens and I'mguessing from what we recieved the hotel were paying the bare minimum. We were given a crossant each, juice, coffee & a ham/cheese toastie, we didn't get a choice, we were simply told that'swhat you're getting.
If your going to send guests to a cafe with tokens they should be up to a monetary value so guests can choose their own breakfast, if they go over the token value then they just pay the balance. Again not the breakfast advertised from the hotel.
The hotel has a lot of scuff marks, on walls and furniture making the paint work look cheap. There is also a very strange smell which is like damp carpets or something aroubd the whole place. Stains on all the carpets.
Our room was ok, clean.
Th cappuccino and fruit at the breakfast and the fact that it wasn’t far from the coliseum. The room was quite big for myself and two teenagers.
The air conditioning didn’t work, the tub was filthy and backed up, the staff was not accommodating and didn’t care that the air conditioning was broken. The shower was right in the room with no door or curtain and I was staying with my two teenagers. There’s a bar right below the window and there were about 50 people out there screaming each night, even weekdays.
The staff were very helpful & nothing was a problem. It’s in an excellent location with cafes & restaurants nearby.
The open shower room over bath in the room did not suit us. However this was not a big issue & did not spoil our stay.
