It was my second time staying at the property. I booked it last minute as not many places were available. First time I stayed in this property, the room was filthy. Thankfully the second time I got a different room which was big and clean. When extending, I had to move to a different room, on the first floor, much much smaller, where a full size suitcase was not able to fit, yet the price for a night was the same. The host was fishy about it and asking me to pay cash, changing the prices of the new room by the minute. After dragging my time for 5 hours, he took me to a nearby kebab store where I had to make a charge, where the price of the room became more expensive. Sadly a typical scamming behavior that I encountered in Turkey from most men.
Furthermore, before the end of the day, the host confirmed the availability and price for a room for the following day, only to change his story and price the day of. Sounds like he tried to sell the rooms to cheat the owner and got greedy. I ended up leaving to a place nearby but wasted half of my day.
Fairly close to the taksim bus stop but the location can be sketchy at night. Wi-Fi was strong.
Dishonest host, scamming behavior, sketchy neighborhood with men seating outside and smoking nonestop, not possible to open windows so you are stuck with the mildew smell.
The stay was so enjoyable. The hotel is close to the heart of the city, clean and has everything you need. The staff is very nice and attentive. I would 100% choose this hotel again ☺️
The staff was helpful and responsive, despite the language barrier. The hotel is as walking distance from Taksim Square making it easily accessible.
The rooms are only cleaned upon guest request as some guests don't like cleaners in their rooms during their stay. In my home country, hotel rooms are cleaned daily so this was surprising. However, once we indicated the need for daily cleaning, our room was cleaned every day.

Good location with many restaurants and close proximity to taksim square. AC worked well. Bed was comfortable.
The place needs a good cleaning, the floor, bathroom, walls were stained and dirty. The toilet had someone’s poop residue and the hotel staff said they can’t do anything but brought me a sponge and cleaning supplies… not even the gloves. Sheets were stained.
The staff who work there are very nice and friendly.
The room that I stayed in was on the 4th floor and does not have elevator.
