Cons:

الفندق بشكل عام جميل جداً من جميع النواحي وممتاز، ولكن للأسف واجهت سلبية كبيرة تتعلق بطاقم الاستقبال وخصوصاً موظفة الاستقبال التي لم تكن متعاونة وكان تعاملها سيئاً وغير مهذب. الأقسى من ذلك، أنه طوال فترة إقامتنا وعند دخولنا وخروجنا مع العائلة، كنا نتعرض لنظرات مستمرة وتضاحك فيما بينهم، مما خلق بيئة غير مريحة تماماً وأساء لتجربتنا. أتمنى تدارك هذا الأمر مع موظفي الاستقبال لأن تعاملهم لا يليق بمستوى الفندق.

Pros:

Nice location and a very friendly atmosphere
The hotel is very close to a wonderful cable car and there is also a nice restaurant nearby with good halal options
The rooms are large clean and comfortable
Overall we had a very pleasant stay

Cons:

The breakfast was not very good and could definitely be improved

The biggest negative point is the road leading to the hotel
It is in very poor condition with many potholes and was one of the worst roads we experienced during our trip

Overall the hotel itself was good but the access road really needs improvement
