Cons:

The hotel suffers from poor expansion; the power went out twice, the TV didn't work, and there was a complete lack of privacy in the rooms and on the balconies. The staff consisted of immature youngsters who lacked proper service skills; they claimed they couldn't find a "can opener"—or whatever it was they called it—and charged me for it, despite the fact that this was my fifth annual visit to the same hotel.
