We did not get the notification about staying in the annex, which was in a completely different building (not actually annex). I know it stated “annex” in the booking, but we did not expect it to be in a completely different place.
The standard room in the annex was very small and crammed and dull and dated and nothing like the pictures, really.
When we confronted the front desk, after trying to persuade us that the forementioned room is similar to the one in the pictures, they offered to show us another room, which was unfortunately unavailable, due to a flood issue..another alternative was to change rooms every 2 days.
We decided to opt for another place entirely and lose the price charged for the first night, because they would not agree to offer a full refund.
Very disappointing, very far from the concept of a hotel.
המיקום מעולה וקרוב לכל האטרקציות במרכז העיר
היינו משפחה עם שני חדרים בשתי קומות נפרדות, לצערי זה היה קצת מבאס שלא היינו קרובים
Localização excepcional!!! Perto de tudo!
Nada
מיקום מרכזי

Funcionários atenciosos e dispostos a ajudar
Isolamento interno, para a parte comum do hotel
Excelente la Ubicación del Hotel, muy buena atención, exquisito desayuno y lo que marca la diferencia, es disponibilidad de cafetería, alimentos y aguas durante todo el día.
Very close to everything. Especially Fontana di Trevi. Very beautiful breakfast restaurant. Very cute room with terrace

Barulho extremo a noite inteira e nos corredores.Acustica muito ruim
Η φασαρία από τους κοινόχρηστους χώρους και ο θόρυβος από το δρόμο
Stood here for 6 nights . may 3 - 9 , 2026. Location is great . Walking distance to pretty much every site . Trevi fountain , Spanish steeps , Pantheon , Piazza Navona , Colosseum . Staff was great also . No complaints except 1 night . Wednesday night try to take a shower and there was no hot water .
Just one night I try to shower and there was no hot water.
Perfect location
Small room
The staff who helped me was great. He was very kind and helped us with our suitcases. The location is excellent and close to restaurants an shops. The room was spacious and clean. I forgot my pjs and had to contact the property. they were very helpful and gave me instructions on how to recover. Staff were very responsive via wass up.
The building has an elevator, but it doesn’t stop on every floor. this is communicated by the hotel; we didn't understand. My room was on the second floor, but to us it was on the fourth floor. In Italy, half floors are counted. We had to walk down 2 flights of stairs with luggage (one to access the elevator and one to access the street), which was difficult (depends on your age and fitness level).
