Exactement ce que je voulais
Pros:

Le caractère du lieu majestueux, peu d echbres. Les autres très discrets. Personne à la piscine.
Un service d’excellence à la hauteur de nos attentes, on a pris soin de nous et répondu positivement à toutes nos demandes.
Finalement on s’est sentis quasi seuls avec un service +++ e dans un lieu d’exception.
On reviendra. C’est sur. Pourvu que rien ne change (sauf peut être la climatisation côté lit de la Tour qui ne fonctionnait pas très bien).

C’était magique.

Çok güzel bir deneyimdi
Pros:

Otelin dekorasyonu odaların genişliği ve kahvaltısı çok güzeldi

Cons:

Resepsiyona ilk kez ulaşamadık. Restoran aramak durumunda kaldım o şekilde ulaştım. Otelin restoranı aynı zamanda sanırım yerler arasında ünlü bir restoran o yüzden hafta sonları yoğunluk oluyor o yüzden anlayışla karşıladım.

Struttura esclusiva. Patrimonio Unesco. Abbiamo apprezzato gli arredi, il contesto e la pulizia degli ambienti.
Tranquillità e relax assoluto.
Cena esclusiva nel salone della Villa.
Un'esperienza davvero indimenticabile.

Cons:

Piccole incomprensioni con il personale che ha poca padronanza della lingua italiana. Ma risolte davvero prontamente!!!
P.s. consigliatissimo accordare il pianoforte della Cappella....

Unique location with unique non standard rooms
Pros:

The view and the property location at the top of the hill. Very spectacular. Restaurant on site is very good.

Cons:

It is not convenient to stay as the whole place requires to climb lots of stairs. Also the room has 2 levels , you need to take lots of stairs to go down to the bathroom.

Pros:

Everything. We stayed in Limonaia and the private sitting area by the garden was amazing, we spent most of our day just sitting out there in the sun.
The staff were professional and just attentive enough for us to enjoy our privacy.
The location is a short taxi ride from SMN Station which was perfect as we did not rent a car. We ended up not going out to the city for during our 2 night stay and just enjoyed the tranquility of the hotel.
The restaurant at the hotel was exceptional. We had all our dinners there and the food and ambience were perfection.

Nothing. Everything was immaculate.
