room with no window, poor air quality/ ventilation. Carpeted floor, with stains and seemed dirty.
Extremely low pressure in the shower, couldn't get properly clean.

Agradable hotel, pero mala ubicación.
Pros:

Desayuno y habitación. La ubicación, si bien es buena por estar cerca de Bryggen, es mala porque estás al lado de un bar que funciona hasta las 3 AM.

Cons:

La ubicación, está justo encima de un bar que funciona hasta las 3 AM y te dificulta el descanso.

Our bedroom was located on the roof and in Bergen it rains a lot. We had to go back to reception as our key card was not working. We then got back to the room to make a hot drink only to find the kettle was broken. Another trip to reception to get a kettle. We asked for coffee satchets and got given coffee pods. Not very useful as no pod machine. Cleaner walked in on us. We were not even due to check out that day. There was rubbish in the room when we arrived. Needless to say I would not recommend this hotel.

Lo único que está céntrico

Cons:

Nuestra estancia era de 4 noches. Nos dieron una habitación pequeñísima. Intentamos que nos cambiaran y no lo hicieron hasta la última noche, después de insistir mucho.
A los amigos con los que viajábamos les dieron una habitación sin ventana.
La comunicación entre los distintos turnos nula o muy mala.

Tolles kleines Hotel im Herzen der Stadt
Pros:

Das Hotel ist super gelegen. Bryggen und die Stadt sind zu Fuß in unter 5 Minuten zu erreichen.
In Der Lobby gibt es jederzeit kostenfrei Wasser, Kaffee und Tee. Das Frühstücks ist sehr reichhaltig und geschmacklich sehr gut!

Cons:

Alles war in bester Ordnung. Wir können nichts kritisieren.

Do not book Room 219! Shower floods the bathroom floor which becomes a safety hazard. No window covering in the bathroom and a glass door so no possibility of a blackout.
Room located opposite a noisy late bar.
Apparently no possibility of a relocation.
Trying too hard to be cool.
