Das Zimmer war überraschenderweise ohne Fenster
Pros:

die zentrale Lage, das Frühstück, das (Licht-)Design auf dem Zimmer hat das fehlende natürliche Licht erstaunlich gut ersetzt.

Cons:

Es gab leider kein Fenster im Zimmer, was in der Beschreibung nicht erkennbar war. Die Lüftungsanlage hat nicht richtig funktioniert, dadurch war es schnell sehr stickig und warm. Der vorhandene Ventilator hat nur mäßige Erleichterung gebracht und musste auch nachts laufen, was sehr unangenehm war, weil er auch auf der niedrigsten Stufe und den wenigen Aufstellmöglichkeiten einem die ganze Zeit ins Ohr, bzw. Gesicht gepustet hat. Wir hatten leider keinen erholsamen Schlaf.
So möchte ich nicht noch einmal schlafen...

Disappointed with facilities and quality of breakfast

Cons:

Room had no ventilation and air conditioning didn’t work so fan was only option.
Photos on website were misleading as to the size of room and lack of natural light.
Breakfast was inconsistent with cold fried eggs one morning, coffee machine empty of milk , cappuccino served with just milk .

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist super, mitten im Herz von Bergen. Das Personal ist freundlich und speditiv. Das Frühstück ist absolut zufriedenstellend.

Cons:

Wir hatten das Hotel 2x innerhalb von 2 Woche besucht. Das erste Mal hatten wir ein grosses Zimmer mit grossem Bad. Das zweite Mal war das Zimmer leider um einiges kleiner, ebenso das Badezimmer. Man hatte kaum Platz, zwei Koffer im Zimmer zu öffnen.

Prix seuelemnt élevé pour l'emplacement
Pros:

Le lit était confortable, les choix au petit déjeuner et l'emplacement au centre ville.

Cons:

Accueil du personnel quasi inexistant.
Il faisait chaud et sombre dans la chambre. Heureusement que j'avais demandé une chambre avec fenêtre, j'ai finalement eu une fenêtre mais qui ne s'ouvrait pas et occultant. Avec une lumière trop tamisée. La TV qui ne fonctionnait pas, le jet d'eau du pommeau de douche était au minimum, et impossible de le régler. Pas de bureau ni table.
La porte vitrée de la salle de bain avait un film occultant mais juste en face des toilettes, donc on voyait quand même un peu.

La ubicación y la atención del personal

Cons:

Habitaciones extremadamente pequeñas, pedí un cambio de habitación y me dieron una mucho más grande, cómoda, pero sin ventana lo que me provocaba sensación de encierro

Adequate in a good location
Pros:

The location near the harbor and the old part of town. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The entrance was not easy to access with luggage. The bed takes up most of the room and no night stands. The lighting was very dim in the main room.

Lage Top, Zimmer sauber, Ausstattung schlecht!

Tolle zentrale Lage

Cons:

Das Hotelzimmer war absolut nicht in Ordnung! Das Zimmer hatte keine Fenster zum Lüften! Die Beschattung beziehungsweise Verdunkelung des Glasdachfenster hat nicht funktioniert! Raumtemperatur war 29,7 Grad und konnte nicht kälter gestellt werden! Das Licht im Zimmer ist mitten in der Nacht von selber angegangen! Damit war eine durchschlafen nicht möglich! Auch nach Meldung an der Rezeption wurde der Fehlet nicht behoben! Schlicht weg eine nicht zu akzeptierende Hotelunterkunft!
