Be careful which room you get
Pros:

Location was good, staff did their best to help us

Cons:

Some rooms have windows that are locked and there is no exchange of air. This is not clear from The reservation and we felt scammed. Fortunately the night after they were able to give us a free upgrade to another room with a window due to the misunderstanding for their fault.

Well located for Bergen Harbour and main attractions.Very good breakfast and friendly/helpful staff

Cons:

Noise in late evening from restaurants in side street.Hotel moved us to a room unaffected
