Tolle Lage, trotzdem ruhig. Das Einkaufszentrum im Haus ist sehr praktisch.

Super Lage! Sehr zentral, trotzdem ruhig. Super praktisch ist auch das Einkaufszentrum im gleichen Haus.

Once check in was sorted, it was perfect for our needs.

The check-in procedure was flawed.
A small terminal at the entrance for self check- in did not work. There was a queue of about eight people. Eventually a member of staff appeared from elsewhere to help.

Nagyon szerettük ezt a szállodát.
Pros:

Vonattal érkeztünk ráadásul éjjel, ezért fontos volt, hogy az állomáshoz közeli szállást találjunk. Gyalog a szálloda kényelmes sétával 10 perc. Nem volt recepció, de egyszerűen be lehetett jelentkezni, nem okozott gondot. A szoba nagyon tetszett, fantasztikus volt a design, minden igényt kielégítő, és tiszta. A kilátás a hegyre nézett, így már megérkezésünk napján élvezhettük legalább a fényeket. A kikötő és a belváros, a halpiac minden néhány perc sétára található. Az ágy kényelmes. Csak ajánlani tudom mindenkinek, hogy itt szálljon meg.

Good value, good rooms, great location, crap check-in.
Pros:

Great location, good value for money.

Cons:

Check-in was appalling. The booking reference to chech-in at the unmanned counter was incorrect...the same as the three people in front of us. We were all on the phone trying to get the correct details.

Rigtig fin lokation og værelset var fint og rent.

Cons:

Dårlig kommunikation: De sendte en besked med hvordan man tjekker ind og at man ville modtage en kode og lignende, men man skulle bare tjekke ind ved indgangen på en skærm og derfor var beskeden kun forvirrede fremfor hjælpsom. Derudover var det ikke tydligt hvor på maskinen man fik sit kort og hvis man ikke tager kortet inden tiden er gået så registrer den alligevel som om man har taget det selvom maskinen har slugt det igen.

Nagyon jó helyen található a szállás. A személyzet bejelentkezéskor nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt, valamint a takarítás is minden nap kifogástalan volt.

Cons:

Elég kicsi volt a fürdőszoba, valamint ha kinyitottuk az ablakot, akkor elég zajos volt a környék.

Struttura poco accogliente, camera malmessa con danni e luci rotte un po’ dovunque, anche pericolose.
