Spacious room, very good breakfast options, free minibar, location in city center.

Cons:

The public transport options are not that good, the bus line which has the stop in front of the door can be quite unreliable. Also I recommend parking on the street, because the hotel option is way too expensive

Sauberes Hotel mit freundlichem Service
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sauber, und das Personal war freundlich. Für das Zimmer habe ich 124 € bezahlt, der Parkplatz kostet zusätzlich 31 € pro Nacht.

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ausreichend bestückt. Außerdem gibt es eine Terrasse, auf der man draußen sitzen kann.

Insgesamt war ich zufrieden und komme gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes Hotel!

Uns hat die direkte Lage zum Harry Potter-Theatherstück sehr gefallen!
Es sind nur 3 Laufminuten vom Hotel zum Theater.

Der Nachteil der begrenzten Parkplätze im Hotelumfeld wird aufgewogen, da genau gegenüber eine Dachterrasse mit Parkplätzen (betrieben und abgerechnet von einem anderen Parkanbieter) genutzt werden kann. Den Hinweis haben wir von einer netten Hotelmitarbeiterin erhalten... .

Pros:

Zimmerkonzept gut, sehr gutes Bad und Dusche. Ordentliches Frühstück.

Cons:

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Renovierung wäre gut. Lage mit Blick auf öde Bahngleise/Industriebrache. 27 Euro für den Parkplatz pro Nacht ist zu viel.

Ganske fint, restaurant lidt kedelig, for dyrt i forhold til udvalget på menukort.
Pros:

Værelserne er rigtig fine, selv standard værelset er i topklasse.

Cons:

De tager betaling for parkering for hele dagen, selvom man kører tidlig om morgenen.

Lovely comfortable room and friendly staff.
Pros:

It was very modern and clean.The bed was really comfortable.There was a nice selection of complementary drinks in our room.Everything we needed.

Cons:

The breakfast was alittle pricey but there was a great selection to choose from .

gerne werden wir dieses Hotel für Aufenthalte in Hamburg wieder nutzen
Pros:

Gute Lage zu den Kreuzfahrterminals. Sind in Steinwerder abgefahren und Hafen City angekommen. Total entspannt und nah bis zum Hotel oder zum Terminal.
Aussenterrasse am Wasser. Moderne Einrichtung. Auch das Essen im Restaurant war lecker und preislich gut.
