Important information:

Please note that Tallinn City Apartments does not have a 24-hour reception service. Guests arriving after 19:00 are kindly requested to contact the property directly to arrange key collection.

Guests using parking are required to give a EUR 50 deposit upon check-in for remote control. It is fully refundable upon departure after returning the remote control.

The building features a terrace which is shared between some of the apartments.

Please note that this property charges a deposit of EUR 200 per apartment.

Only card or contactless payments are possible, cash payments are not accepted.

Please note that the property can only be accessed via stairs.

Guests are requested to inform the property prior to their expected arrival time.

Only card or contactless payments are accepted. Security Deposit: A security deposit is required upon arrival to cover potential incidentals.

This is fully refundable after check-out in couple of days period, subject to a damage inspection. The amount depends on the booking period.

Deposits: All apartments 100€. New Year's Eve period: Studio Apartment 100€, 1-Bedroom 200€. Please note that the building does not have an elevator.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Perfect spot for exploring the city
Pros:

Well organised in access to keys and key cafe for checking in and out .
Great location right in the heart of the city .

Cons:

Nice apartment but not much storage space for hanging clothes. We used the washing machine but it would have been helpful to have a drying stand .

Tallinn vaut le détour
Pros:

Emplacement supercentre et doubles fenêtres pour s,isoler des bruits des clients des cafés juste en dessous

Cons:

Pas de clim et un ventilateur en panne,nous avons souffert de la chaleur nocturne avec les fenêtres fermées pour éviter le bruit..
Choix entre gorge chaleur ou énorme bruit

Cons:

Очень неприятная ситуация при заселении, ключ я взять не могла поскольку не пришел код , я впервые столкнулась с такой формой заселения, была просто обескуражена, никто никако информации не присылал , просто подтверждение бронирования и оплата, та же ситуация с выселением. Было бы неплохо предоставлять людям полную информацию

Schöne Tage in Tallinn, wir kommen bestimmt wieder und würden das Appartement wieder buchen.
Pros:

Sehr zentrale Lage, wir konnten die Altstadt komplett zu Fuss erkunden. Die Fenster im Wohn/Essbereich wurden zu unsrer Lieblingsleseecke .
Sehr netter und schneller Kontakt zu dem Vermieter.

Cons:

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln , einzig was man wissen sollte, gegenüber ist Gastronomie - auch im Aussenbereich. Ab 24.00 Uhr ist aber Ruhe.

Perfect Old Town Experience
Pros:

If you want to experience Tallinn's old town then this is the place for you. Perfectly located above a cobbled street with terraced dining options below. The apartment is comfy and roomy except for the bathroom which is very tight and definitely a one man room. There is no lift but the stairs are quite manageable. Entry is through codes so make sure you have the instructions saved. There can be street noise but not enough to worry about.

Cons:

The towels need updated, they are thin and fraying.
