Incheck: 45min moeten wachten, minimaal en onoprecht ‘excuusje’, dezelfde persoon bij het uitchecken, maakte nauwelijks oogcontact.
Gang is een labyrint, voelde onveilig mocht zich een calamiteit voordoen.

Room poorly equipped.
Probably the best location you could ask for, great view from the windows if you get the right room. The staff did their best to compensate for the infrastructure failures. The breakfast was pretty good. The same type of rooms have different equipment (fridge, windows, lounge chair, sofa). Only after the relocation could we enjoy the second half of our stay. It seems the hotel is not coping well with the rising global climate temperatures. Probably it is fine at other than june-july times. Otherwise it's just heating up to unpleasant levels. The room key card says you get 15% discount for the restaurant service; the restaurant says it's 10% and only for Radisson loyalty program members - could you please synchronize on that, maybe??
I've booked a room with a view due to very nice pictures. The one we got had a small window in the corner, blocked by the desk. The actual view could be seen only from a distance, without any enjoyment. I showed the pictures they advertise at the reception and requested a relocation. To that, a staff member said that they are fully booked and there's no technical way to help us, maybe it can be helped tomorrow. On return to the room, the temperature quickly rose from 22c to 25,5c (according to the a/c display). When I set it lower, the device popped with a flash electricity went off. The staff were quick to help, showed how to reset the power switch, also commented that due to it being an old building, this happens when the grid overloads due to the heat outside. The a/c still couldn't drop the temperature a bit. Seemed it did not work at all (the fan). Such a temperature makes it impossible for our 1yo child, such children start to sweat, and the sleep lasts only 20-30 minutes. The interesting part is that if you open the window, 16c outside helps, but there's a terrible noise from the outside fish market and an extremely active cobblestone street with lorries and 'night riders'. This prompted me to demand a room change again. The other girl at the reception agreed to help, but knowing the situation, only tomorrow morning. There was no other option than to agree. In the morning, after breakfast, we were presented with several options as promised, and got a bigger room with panoramic windows as it was described in our initial booking. The conditioner was not as good as in the previous room, but more space saved it from not heating up so quickly. The new room had dirty windows I've decided to clean myself, also, the kettle, as if someone puked in to, which was quickly changed by the staff. With that done, half of the stay was most terrible, then as expected.
Ļoti laba viesnīca pašā pilsētas centrā. Viss viegli sasniedzams kājām. Patīkami, ka vestibilā bija pieejama kafija un ūdens. Numuriņš bija tīrs un ērts. Grīdas segums linoleja tipa. Tas nav ne labi, ne slikti. Numuriņa atslēga ir čips
Tā kā numuriņš bija otrajā stāvā, tad skats bija uz zivju tirgu un kalnaino pilsētu, nevis uz ūdeni. Numuriņā bija glāzes, kafija un tējkanna, bet nebija karošu utt. Nav ērti iet pa kāpnēm, jo jātaisa vaļā trīs smagas durvis. Arī uz otro stāvu. Tāpēc braucu ar liftu.
