Hotel hat eine Top Lage!
Cons:

Das Frühstücksangebot könnte noch vielfältiger sein. Die Spiegeleier könnten frisch gemacht werden oder ev. frische Omeletts machen, so waren die Eier immer kalt. Ich vermisste auch frischen Räucherlachs!

Eine kostspielige Enttäuschung - niemals wieder

Die Lage

Cons:

Das Zimmer war eine Zumutung. Die Klimaanlage blies so heftig und so kalt, sodass wir mit Haube bzw Hoodie schlafen mussten. Wir bekamen auch noch ein zweites Bettdeckenset, die mehrmals zugesagte Heizung bekamen wir nie. Es wurde vom Hotelpersonal auch versucht die Lüftung zuzukleben, allerdings funktionierte das wegen dem starken Luftstrom nur kurzfristig. Laut Hotelpersonal war das Gebäude früher ein Shoppingcenter und die Klimaanlage ist dementsprechend dimensioniert und nur zentral steuerbar, einzelne Zimmer sind deshalb von der Technik als ungeeignet eingestuft, unseres gehörte da wohl wahrscheinlich auch dazu. Für den Preis (über 6000 Kronen für 2 Nächte) hätte ich mir ein ‚normal ‚ funktionierendes Zimmer erwartet.

I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

Location was great.

Cons:

We move rooms twice. First time the room was not cleaned. Second time there was someone in the room. Very uncomfortable for both parties. They moved us a third time and we finally got settled in. Overall the staff was not very friendly. Environment was a bit strained. Rooms were oddly shaped and lacked space, although the third room was a bit bigger than the first.

Shower sweep did not work. Bathroom flooded with each shower. Too many steps up and down to get to room. Reception not always available.

Oda da cam yok restorana bakıyor küçük bir cam oda karanlık. Oda ve koridorlar leş gibi yemek kokuyor . 3. Kişi için açtıkları yatak taş gibi ve gıcırdıyor durmadan. Yorgunuz gece 12 ye kadar yüksek müzik sesine maruz kaldık.

The location is good, near to the center.

Cons:

The staff, the service esp. the room service. The towel has bad smell. I’d ask for the new one of course, but the same smell like the first one. The kettle that I need to put it down the floor where the outlet is.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral, die Lobby ist schön, wenn auch Fensterlos, das Personal freundlich.

Cons:

Der Boden im Bad ist extrem rutschig. Die Betten sind nur minimaler Hotelstandard. Das Lichtkonzept ist undurchschaubar: Mitten in der Nacht ging mehrmals das Licht an und wir haben schließlich die Karte ganz gezogen. Wie häufig in Skandinavien sind die Fenster nicht zu öffnen und die Zimmer ziemlich warm.
