Pros:

I stayed at Magic Kloverhuset Harbour Front in Bergen from August 25 to 27, 2026. After checking out, I realized I had left my gold necklace and pendant behind. I emailed Vera, and she told me I could arrange a FedEx pickup to have the jewelry returned.

Now I have been told that the jewelry was lost during transportation. This does not match what I understood from our earlier emails, and I still need a clear explanation of whether FedEx collected it and where it was last seen.

The hotel has apologized and offered reimbursement, but this has been a very upsetting experience. I am waiting for the matter to be resolved.

Excelente ubicación. Nos dieron una habitación grande y vista a la calle y de costado se veía la bahía. El desayuno fue muy bueno con con linda vista a la bahía y al merccado de pescado.

No esperes sentirte como en casa
Pros:

La ubicación. Está en el centro y a 5 min de la parada del tranvia que va al aeropuerto. Además, la estación de autobuses a 10 min. Ubicación genial.
La habitación era muy bonita, frente al mercado del pescado y con vistas al puerto. Ámplia, con dos salas separadas y 3 ventanas. Había 2 TV de unas 50 pulgadas, uno en cada zona (aunque solo puedes ver canales noruegos porque los chromecast no funcionaban y los puertos usb y hdmi estaban inutilizados) Suerte que viajamos con nuestro chromecast y soporte externo con pelis por si acaso.) Hay café de cortesía en la recepción y en las habitaciones. El suelo radiante del baño (la única estancia calentita).

Cons:

A excepción de Nora, la recepcionista que nos atendió a la llegada, el resto del personal pasan de ser antipáticos a ser bordes cuando les preguntas o necesitas algo y, si tu petición comporta alguna intervención por su parte, pueden llegar a regañarte con un tono, expresión y autoridad que pareces tú el empleado y ellos los clientes. Por ejemplo: la calefacción la regula el hotel a 20 grados, pero al estar delante del puerto y con tanta ventana, hacía frío. Ponen un calefactor pero tiene truco: si pones el calefactor y otro aparato, como el secador o enciendes la cafetera para tomarte un café, salta el diferencial, de modo que tienes que elegir y estar atento. Nos pasó, porque no lo sabíamos. Como no hay teléfono en la habitación, las dos veces tuvimos que vestirnos y bajar a recepción (pasando por el medio del comedor ya que el ascensor que baja a recepción directamente no se puede untilizar por algún motivo, es raro). La primera vez dijeron que vale. Como no sabíamos el motivo, volvió a suceder al cabo de unas horas y volvimos a bajar. Ay! Ay Ay! la bronca que me pegó la recepcionista me devolvió a la escuela de los 70, cuando ibas a clase sin haber hecho los deberes. Cuando le dije que hacía frío y que necesitábamos el radiador me dijo: "welcome Norvegian" y que me andara con cuidado porque ella tenía que subir a la planta a reconectar el diferencial y ya había subido una vez. Está claro que estaba sola ya que en este hotel no hay personal de mantenimiento. El recepcionista vale para todo. No hay armario en la habitación, sólo unas estanterías con perchas. Lo de la limpieza es otro nivel. La habitación estaba muy limpia a la llegada, pero luego no hacen ni la cama bién, ni mopa. Te doblan el nórdico sobre una sábana bajera que no llega ni a cubrir el colchón, quitan la basura y hay días que nada más. Si te cayó pelos en el baño, al secarte, allí se quedan, porque no tienes ni una escoba para limpiártelo tú (es normal, se venden como un hotel de 4*).

Terrific location, we could glimpse the wharf area from the window. We had a family room which was very spacious. The decor is interesting, not to my taste, but I'm sure some people like it.

Classy upbeat hotel perfect for solo traveler.
Pros:

Perfect location to take tours or walk around. Coffee and restaurants nearby. Super friendly reception. Comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Nice shower, nice breakfast and lounge area.

Her burde personalet sjekket, før de gikk til det skriitt de gjorde.

Jeg ble vekket kl.0730 lørdag morgen av banking på døren. Personalet sa at det stod en drosje ute og ventet. Det ble sagt at drosjen var bestilt til rommet, ikke på navn.🤔
