Great location!
Pros:

Great location as we walked everywhere from up Mt Floyen to the cruise ships, to great restaurants and shops. The food was good.

Cons:

The room had some temperature issues but it was comfortable.

Solides Hotel mit kleinen Abzügen
Pros:

Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel. Gut zu finden und Nahe der Bahnstation. Das Personal ist freundlich und bei Problemen Lösungsorientiert. Das Bad war makellos.

Cons:

Man kann die Fenster nicht öffnen, das ist nicht für jedermann geeignet. In die letzte Etage mussten wir mit all unserem Gepäck zu Fuß durch verschiedene Korridors und Treppenhäuser, da der Aufzug nicht bis ganz rauf geht. Da braucht man eine gute Fitness mit 3 Wochen Gepäck dabei.
Auf einem der Bettdeckenbezüge waren Flecken, das Kopfkissen hatte Löcher, Haare auf dem Laken. Das habe ich reklamiert und sofortig eine Lösung bekommen, auch wenn ich am Ende selber bezogen habe. Vielleicht lag es an dem Stress, wegen des Nationalen Feiertags, wenn man mit ein paar Abzügen und Eigenleistung leben kann, ist es ein gutes Hotel für einen passablen Preis.

Cons:

We stayed in many hotels across Norway for ten days in a row and the Magic hotel in Bergen had the worst buffet breakfast.

Pros:

It was at a very good location short walks to shops and restaurants. Short bus ride to the sight seeing and other things.

Cons:

The room was hot the air conditioning was not working well and no window to open as the “view” was over the wine racks. Asked for a room with two small beds was not able to get one, my boss asked for a room with a view and a window to open but she got a room with a “view” of the restaurant. Staff was nice but the bartender was a little rude.

Pros:

Petit cafouillage à l'arrivée suite à un problème technique d'ordinateur : 3/4 d'heure d'attente pour l'enregistrement. Personnel très prévenant et désolé malgré tout. Nous ne leurs tenons pas rigueur. Ça peut arriver. Le reste du séjour s'est très bien passé. Grande et belle chambre toute propre. Wifi gratuit inclus. Excellent repas sur place et petit déjeuner copieux et très varié. Bonne localisation près des quais du port. 2 grévistes en gilets jaunes, en statique à l'entrée, qui ne perturbent personne. Agréable séjour.

Bar was closed sunday and monday.
Pros:

In the middle of town , good food and breakfast

Cons:

Hot in room, room had a window facing inside to the bar and could not be opened. No natural light came into room.

Good hotel, great food, great staff, slept well.
Pros:

Gluten free selection was ok. Awesome choc cake! Food was very good.

Cons:

Location. We originally had reservations at the Radisson Blue which was the perfect location. That reservation was cancelled for to the strike. Magics location was good but I had problems finding it each time.
