The room was very basic. There was no kettle and no tea or coffee sachets in the room. The beds were not particularly comfortable, although the room was cleaned and tidied daily. The hotel is surrounded by shops, most of which close at 5 p.m. Staff are amazing and very helpful.
One advantage is that the hotel is only a 7-minute walk from Amsterdam Muiderpoort train station, which is just 5 minutes by train from Amsterdam Central Station. There is also a tram stop nearby (about an 18-minute walk from the hotel), with a journey time of approximately 20 minutes to Central Station.
Along the corridor leading to the room, there was a noticeable smell of old carpet. Noise from adjacent rooms and the room above could be heard clearly. The floor was not carpeted and consisted only of bare concrete.
Breakfast was very basic. It included scrambled and boiled eggs, bacon, and cereal. Only a small selection of sliced fruit was available.

Estuvo bien para quedarse un par de días. Había servicio de limpieza de habitación, la habitación tenía frigobar y caja fuerte, alrededor habían tiendas y la zona es tranquila.
Está un poco lejos del centro, se tiene que caminar aprox 12 o 15 min para ir a la estación de buses, quizás tengan alguna más cerca, pero en este momento hay trabajos de obra en las calles y han cerrado algunas calles, al volver se nos hacía muy cansado después de caminar por el centro. La habitación que nos tocó, fue dos camas de una plaza separadas,estaban sobre una plataforma de madera, no fue incómodo para mí, pero quizás para una persona alta y grande si sea incómodo. siento que el precio es muy alto para la zona
We stayed in the Artist room - the room was huge, very simple, not much furniture, there was a well working A/C, bathroom was big too. The hotel is kind of central, but but due to the tram works, it is a long way to walk from a tram stop, better use the Sprinter train to the centre. Many restaurants around, it is a very nice area actually. Staff were superb! thank you
