Staff were polite
Hotel was very clean
The bed was very very comfortable as were the pillows, we both slept very well
A coffee machine and pods provided was fab.
The few smelly products provided in bathroom were great.
The food hall/bar looked and smelt amazing
The price for the small room
The room was quite dark and had poor lighting. (Though, there was table lamps)
No bath as suggested on website. Storage for clothes, was basically a coat hooks attached to the wall, with some coat hangers to hang off them.
No breakfasts included (believe it was £20 pp to add on the already almost £150 we had paid for the room)
For the cost of the room (given the size, and the advertised luxury level suggested, no bath, poor effort of a clothes rail, no dressing gown) I personally was disappointed.
Great place in a sweet little village, also very good food and friedly staff, may favorite place for over-nights around Bristol.
Service a bit slow.
Stunning hotel and location (Wedmore is beautiful!), incredibly attentive and friendly staff, great food, lovely atmosphere, wonderful facilities and amenities. A perfect night away. I will definitely return!!!
Parking could be signposted a little better
Very comfortable room and lovely food
Really nice staff. Great to have a soaking bathtub in the room.
Stairs to upper floors, parking a little tight.
Stunning pub, beautifully presented, very comfortable room- perfect breakfast.
Beautiful warm and friendly hotel with exceptional staff
The only thing was the plug in our bathroom sink was broken. Tiny tiny detail
Great breakfast, Lovely old building. Accomodating staff
all good
Such a pretty place and welcoming for our dogs too. Fab brekkie and lovely country walks right outside perfect over night stay
Fab location close to the m5 so worked as an excellent stop off on the way to Cornwall! We brought our dogs who were more than welcome and loved the goodies from Dog house! Comfy beds, lovely staff, great food… we were very impressed and couldn’t fault it!
Nothing!
Really helpful and friendly staff, they even took my bag up to my room for me. Relaxing atmosphere, nice fire place, amazing food and comfy bedroom. One of the nicest places I’ve stayed in a long time.
It was all good, nothing out of sorts.
Welcoming and attentive on arrival. Very pleasant atmosphere and a great restaurant.
All was good and as expected.
Great location , very nice bar and restaurant.
The bedroom was very basic with no shower only a bath.
