Nel complesso molto molto bene
Pros:

La struttura aveva un ottima posizione (anche se un po sopra elevata), rispetto al centro di Palau. In 15 minuti a piedi sei al porto.

Cons:

La struttura non disponeva di parcheggio gratuito incluso nel soggiorno e quindi abbiamo pagato 8€ al giorno per mettere la macchina in un parcheggio dietro l’hotel.

Joli hôtel, belle vue, très propre mais manque des renseignements.
Pros:

Joli vue depuis les terrasses de l’hôtel, les plages (dont une qui est pour les chiens) pas loin, accessible à pied, mais il vaut mieux prendre la voiture car au retour il faut grimper car l’hôtel est sur les hauteurs de Palau.

Cons:

Le manque de renseignements de la part du personnel. Aucun renseignement dans la chambre. Le parking on l’avait retrouvé que le lendemain de notre arrivée et qu’il y avait l’accès direct depuis notre étage aussi. Et oui, il n’y a pas d’ascenseur. Pour un hôtel affichant 4 étoiles c’est bizarre.

Le personnel parfait, nous aide à monter les valises, très professionnel et gentil !

Le petit déjeuner est varié mais pas à notre goût. Les jus sont trop sucrés et à 99% d’eau.
L’accès à l’hôtel n’est pas facile, grosse montée

Hotel is very dated and rooms are in need of repair and renovations. Lights burned out, toilets broken, no hot water in the afternoon or evening. The breakfast was poor and lacking in comparison to other hotels we stayed in around the area. The staff was weak and unwilling to accommodate

Een lamp in de badkamer was defect en werd niet hersteld ondanks specifieke vraag ervoor. En op balkon was droogrek bv erg verroest waardoor je er niets kon hangen …naast een te simpel ontbijt …
