Guests are kindly asked to present their passport and a bank card used for booking upon check-in. The guest who made the booking must be the holder of the bank card. In case a card is not presented, prepayment will be returned and a different payment method will be required.

In observance of the holy month of Ramadan, guests on a Bed and Breakfast plan may choose to partake on the traditional Sohour in place of the regular breakfast. Guests on a Dinner, Bed and Breakfast plan may choose to partake on the traditional Iftar and Sohour in place of the regular breakfast and dinner.

Family policy: Children up to 18 years old stay free (with parents can stay in the same bedding setup) when sharing a room with a paying adult on a room-only rate. Children 5 years and under enjoy complimentary meals. From 6 - 11 years old there is a 50% discount on meals. From 12 years old children are considered as an adult for meal charges.

Love the location and hotel
Pros:

Hotel is near the kabba, clean and nice within few mins you are in herem. Food is really good I had breakfast and dinner both were really good.

Comfortable Stay
Pros:

This is a very good hotel if you want something quiet, no waiting for lifts, easy and quick check-ins and good room service. The hotel is about 5-7 minute walk to the main umrah gate. It’s literally a 1 minute downhill walk to Hilton Suites. I would say the only slight negative is the hotel has a slight incline to get to it so if your walking with small children or the elderly it may be a little inconvenient and tiring

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Qassan during my stay, and I can honestly say he provided exceptional customer service. From the moment I arrived, he was warm, welcoming, and highly professional.

Qassan consistently went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and always willing to help with a genuine smile. His excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and commitment to guest satisfaction truly stood out.

It’s rare to come across someone who takes such pride in their work and consistently delivers outstanding service. Qassan is a fantastic representative of the hotel and a real credit to the team. His professionalism and dedication made my stay even more enjoyable, and I would like to thank him and the team for making me feel so welcome.

Great stay
Pros:

Location is the best value for the stay. Service is top notch and next level at breakfast. Talal, Khalid Iqbal and Umar took care of my personal care during breakfast very exclusive.
They upgraded me to Executive rooms on high level but it’s a bit outdated.
