Pros:

Great location for sightseeing. Everything you could wish for is close at hand. The Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Good mattress made for a great night's sleep. Well equipped room with kitchenette.

Cons:

Not much to complain about really.

Ideal location but expensive.
Pros:

Conveniently located and very near to many places, with many eateries near by. A sofa bed was available in the room, providing the flexibility for sleeping arrangements.

Cons:

The unit wasn’t well cleaned. There isn’t washing cloth available to clean the table top. Housekeeping was not available.

Very conveniently located for a short London stay
Pros:

Great little studio. They'd thought of everything and it was so well designed to make the most of the limited space. In a really good location to reach major theatres, Covent Garden, National Gallery, Portrait Gallery, and the tube.

Cons:

I hadn't anticipated how high the beds would be (on top of drawers). I have a small issue with mobility - not usually enough to mention to accommodation - and found it really difficult to get up and down from the bed.

Gran ubicación, habitaciones justas pero cómodas, precio alto (entendible), servicio ausente.
Pros:

La ubicación es inmejorable. Tienes todo a pie, aunque la ciudad es inmensa, el estar en esa zona te da muchas opciones de llegar a todos sitios a pie. De cualquier forma, siempre tienes a tiro una boca de metro que, por otra parte, me parece funciona muy bien en la ciudad.

Cons:

Estuvimos 3 noches y no hubo servicio de limpieza, ni se acercaron a pedir por cambiar toallas, limpiar baño, o lo que fuera. No estoy seguro estuviera así especificado cuando reserve, pero si que me sorprendió.

Top en de douche was drama
Pros:

De locatie was geweldig en heel centraal

Cons:

De douchedeur was zo smal en ging maar zo smal open dat het onmogelijk was om de douche in te komen. Dit kon ook niet worden opgelost en was dus erg vervelend

Great location. Disappointing room
Pros:

Location was great. Central to all the places we wanted to visit. Loads of eating places close by.

Cons:

The room was small for 2 people, bathroom was very small. Very high tech but personally prefer more human contact

25년 7월에 예약하고 26년 3월에 방문했는데 가서 보니 창문이 없는 지하 방을 주었습니다...
미리 숙지하게 메세지라도 주면 좋았을 것 같고
이렇게 빨리 예약했는데 지하 방을 주는게 많이 아쉬웠습니다..
처음엔 별 생각 없었는데 이후에 오시고 가시는 분들을 살펴보았습니다. 저희가 동양인이라 그런 것인지 동양인 말고 대다수 다른 인종 분들은 G 층 이상에 머물고 있어서 이게 인종차별인건지 조금 당혹스러웠습니다
해당 이유에 대해 방이 없어서는 아닐 것이고 방의 금액 문제인지 다른 이유가 있는지 알 수가 없었습니다
과장 없이 사실 만을 전달한다고 약속합니다
후기 사진은 저희가 쓰고 나서라 조금 더럽습니다..
신혼여행 첫 방문지로 잠시 런던에 머물렀는데 아내에게 참 미안했습니다..
