1. Location is amazing: 4 minutes walk to Covent Garden, or to metro. Easy walk to Buckingham Palace too. Lively neighbourhood.

1. Rooms facing the street could be noisy at night. Sound proofing of this hotel is better than most hotels in London but it is a busy street.
2. There is no proper lobby area to sit down on ground floor, but not a deal breaker
The location and the staff is perfect.
The room is very small. There is no place to take out your stuff from the luggage. It is good for one person not for one. The window can not be opened.

The staff are friendly, the location is excellent, the facilities are well-equipped, and there is air conditioning (which is very important in summer) and good soundproofing.
The trash was collected but no new trash bags were provided, so I hope more trash bags can be stocked in the room. The kitchen sink is too narrow, and the response to messages is not timely enough.
The location is really good. The room was clean and nice. The staff was really helpful.
On the first two nights there was horrible noise which made it difficult to sleep. After moving to another room (as I requested) the window didn't open, which made it a bit airless and stifling

We stayed for my Best friend’s 40th Birthday and while we were out at the theatre Fernando put snacks, a bottle of fizz and a lovely card in our room for her.

The building had curb appeal - which my husband who didn't know we was staying there said straight away - and then when you walk in and the smell hits you! Beautiful. We was so pleased to find out when we checked in that we had been upgraded free of charge for my husband's 40th, which we was incredibly grateful for. The apartment was fabulous - thank you!
The only thing that I could say was all the cases and luggage in the reception made it a bit tight/messy, as it's only small it's tight to then get through to the lift/stairs - however it did not affect our stay at all and it's great that you offer the service to hang on to peoples luggage whilst go around the city.

Location was perfect just a couple of minutes walk from savoy theatre and Covent Gardens. Walking distance of main tourist attraction.
The only reason for not giving a 10/10 is that I personally would have liked an extra latch or deadlock on the door.
Fabulous location can walk to everything in the area. And you can always hop in a Black Taxi. Staff was incredible, professional, helpful and accommodating. The room was well stocked and very comfortable
One side of the king bed made it import get up & out without crawling over my husband.
