Amazing Accomodation
Pros:

Fabulous location can walk to everything in the area. And you can always hop in a Black Taxi. Staff was incredible, professional, helpful and accommodating. The room was well stocked and very comfortable

Cons:

One side of the king bed made it import get up & out without crawling over my husband.

Pros:

Gorgeous hotel in great location. Option to cook was a great bonus. Staff great.
Hot showers, comfortable beds.
Staff willingly moved us rooms as twin room not suitable for relative with mobility issues. Wouldn't ordinarily need an accessible room but on this occasion did.

Cons:

My own fault for not researching but no lounge area. Have stayed in Wilde Cambridge and expected similar set up.

Heerlijk verblijf!
Pros:

Handige en leuke locatie: vlakbij The Strand, dichtbij metrostations Covent Garden, Embankment, Charing Cross én bij de River Boat want vlakbij Victoria Embankment Gardens. Dat parkje is overigens een fijn streepje groen in de stad.
In onze Superior Studio leek de kitchenette ons te klein om volop te kokerellen maar het keukentje is zeker geschikt voor een lichte of makkelijke maaltijd, zoals een ontbijt. Er zijn voldoende winkels en afhaalmogelijkheden in de buurt, zoals M&S Food.
De kamer was erg net en smaakvol ingericht, met handige domotica. De temperatuur van de kamer regelen, wat heel handig was, zeker omdat we er tijdens een hittegolf waren.
Het bed met pocketveren was ruimer dan een standaard 2-persoonsbed (180cm), dat was voor Londen erg ruim.
We zaten op de hoek en keken via grote ramen uit op The Strand maar hoorden heel weinig van de stad of van de buren.
Het personeel is erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk, de communicatie via WhatsApp gaat ook heel makkelijk. Je kan er je bagage ook gratis en met een gerust hart laten bij start en einde van je verblijf.

Cons:

Kleine minpuntjes waren "wear and tear" van een studio die al even in gebruikt is: zo sloot de deur van onze douche niet goed af waardoor het water uit de douche liep en de grond behoorlijk nat werd. Ook was de buitendeur van de koelkast niet goed bevestigd aan de binnendeur. De binnendeur sloot wél goed af, waardoor alles vers bleef.
We hebben de mankementen via WhatsApp gemeld en kregen snel respons. Voor ons stoorde het niet zo, maar voor de prijs die we betaalden voor dit duurdere verblijf, vonden we dat zaken als deze wel goed opgevolgd horen te worden.
