Reception is closed on Sunday and Monday afternoons. From Tuesday to Saturday, the reception is open from 15:00 to 18:00. The Hotel offers self check-in from 3pm and during reception closing times. Please note that the hotel has a night entrance for arrivals or departures during these times. This night entrance is at the back of the building. It is accessible by going up the stairs to the left of the main entrance, followed by entering a pin code which will be communicated by e-mail before arrival. The key of the room will be left in a locker. The guest's ID Card will be requested in advance for check-in. Please note that the restaurant is open all week except on Sundays and Mondays. Advance reservations are highly recommended. Please note that breakfast is served between 07:00 and 10:00am. Breakfast is available against a surcharge of EUR 20. Please inform Hostellerie Stafelter in advance of your expected arrival time and if/at what time breakfast should be booked. Mielenkiintoinen hotelli
Pros:

Hotelli oli uusi ja kaikkialla oli puhdasta ja siistiä. Huone oli iso, jossa oli hyvä sänky. Huoneessa oli erikoinen pohjaratkaisu. Miellyttävä henkilökunta ja hyvä aamiainen. Keskustaan pääsi läheiseltä linja-autopysäkiltä ilmaisella julkisella bussikyydillä.

Cons:

Valitsimme 10 yön lomallemme maijoitusopaikoksi hotelleja, joissa oli ilmaistointi. Bookingin sivustolla ja varausvahvistuksessa oli ilmoitettu tässä hotellissa olevan ilmastointi, jota ei kuitenkaan ollut. Heti saapumisiltana totesimme, että huone on liian kuuma nukkumista varten. Henkilökuntaa ei sunnuntaina ollut paikalla yövyimme yhden yön nukkumatta. Otimme asian esille seuraavana aamuna ja henkilökunta suhtautui ongelmaamme ammattimaisesti ja pahoitellen pitkään jatkunutta kuumuutta. He suostuivat siihen, että perumme kaksi seuraavaa varattua yötä ja hyvittivät hinnan. Vesikiertoinen lattiajäähdytys/-lämmitys ei ole sama asia kuin ilmastointi.

Pros:

Великолепная очень современная гостиница. Просто замечательный ресторан. Нечто особенное. Обязательно посетить. Завтраки великолепны.

Cons:

Минусы, несмотря на очень высокую оценку: система света неразумно сложная. Зачем? Чтоб включить свет в туалете надо думать какую кнопку и где нажать. Полностью прозрачная стенка ванной ну это больше для новобрачных. Жаль что нет жалюзи на окнах.

Pros:

Tolle Lage. Man braucht 15 min bis Luxemburg Stadt. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und das Abendessen im Hotel ist wirklich zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer ist offen und hat nur eine Glastür zum Klo.

Redelijk oké verblijf
Pros:

De kamer is redelijk groot. De douche en het toilet zijn seperaat; dit is erg fijn en hygiënisch. Gratis parkeren voor de deur is prettig. Fijne stevige en schone bedden. Aan 2 kanten ramen waardoor er veel licht inval is en we de kamer kon luchten.

Cons:

Op de vloerbedekking zaten vlekken. Het hoofdboard van kunstleer was stuk en bladderde af. De kamer was niet erg sfeervol, eerder wat sober. De kamer was warm (geen airco) maar er stond een ventilator, die overigens veel lawaai maakte. Op maandag is er geen personeel aanwezig dus we moesten via de nacht ingang naar binnen, dit was vrij onpersoonlijk. Er werd tijdens het uitchecken niet gevraagd of we fijn hadden geslapen en of alles naar wens was, dit is wel het minste wat je als receptioniste kan doen.

Top verblijf en locatie. Bijna naast het hotel het openbaar vervoer.
Pros:

Fantastische kamer met voldoende ruimte en een goede douche met gescheiden toilet.
Wel even wennen aan de (licht)schakelaars
Geweldig om gebruik te kunnen maken van de diner faciliteiten.

Cons:

Helaas een brandmelding nadat we hadden gedoucht. Dit gebeurde zelfs een tweede keer nadat een andere bezoeker ook een douche had genomen later op de avond!
Ontbijt is prijzig voor hetgeen wordt aangeboden.

Comfortabel en luxe verblijf
Pros:

Prachtige luxe kamer, heerlijk bed en fijne badkamer die geïntegreerd is in de kamer. Omdat het erg heet was, had ik een erg fijne ventilator op de kamer waardoor het zeer aangenaam was ‘‘s nachts.
