没有热水已经很糟糕，酒店老板面对投诉时的态度更加令人失望。
Pros:

早餐正常。

Cons:

入住当晚房间一直没有热水。我们从晚上开始多次向前台反映，工作人员一直让我们等待，最后让我们等到午夜12点，但到12点仍然没有热水，我们只能洗冷水澡。

更令人不舒服的是，第二天我们向酒店老板反映此事时，他没有道歉，也没有提出任何补偿，反而告诉我们他自己洗澡“不需要热水”，并表示洗澡是“中国人的传统”，只有我们才会这样。我们无法理解这和酒店没有提供正常热水有什么关系。

设备出现故障可以理解，但酒店面对问题的态度让人非常失望。

Hotel situato in una strada laterale, stanze in mezzo al verde e parcheggio gratuito nella stradina a fianco dell'albergo. Buona la colazione.

Cons:

La stanza era sporchissima, soprattutto il bagno. Abbiamo trovato asciugamani sporchi appesi, lavandino e tazza orribili. Abbiamo chiesto al proprietario di pulire ma purtroppo non hanno pulito. La doccia funzionava male e faceva un rumore terribile. Una mattina è mancata l'elettricità e non avevamo acqua corrente neanche per tirare lo sciacquone.

Pros:

The hospitality is wonderful. Gionni and his team are the best hosts! Gio’s bbq at the pool during sunset time is an experience you can’t miss. We’ll definitely come back here! The location is also very convenient, always parking slots available and the breakfast is served every morning à la carte. Good price value.

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable à l'hôtel Tunacan. Nous nous sommes régalés du début à la fin. Toute l'équipe est très accueillante, les lits sont confortables et la piscine est toujours très propre.

Nous sommes ravis d'avoir choisi cet hôtel et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir l'année prochaine.

Un immense merci tout particulièrement à Monsieur GINO. C'est une personne exceptionnelle, toujours souriante, bienveillante et qui sait mettre les clients immédiatement à l'aise. Merci infiniment pour votre gentillesse et votre accueil.

Leuke rustige hotel voor familieverblijf. Gezellige eigenaren, je kan avondeten ook bij het hotel zelf eten, was lekker. Zwembad was ook prima.

Family holiday
Pros:

The staff were excellent everyone of them.
Gina made it very welcoming at breakfast and the evening Barbecue gave the hotel a lovely ambience we loved watching him cook from the balcony.
Tieear was also great my boys loved that he joined in with them at table tennis and pool whilst serving customers with lunch and refreshments.
Prices for food amd drink very good and the homemade chips were fantastic.
Our view from the balcony was beautiful we sat with a drink most evenings watching the sunset.

Welcoming, helpful, friendly staff contribute to a very relaxing holiday.
Pros:

Very clean. Large swimming pool. Lots of sun beds. Sun or shade available. Fabulous shower. Comfy bed. Free air conditioning. Fantastic breakfast choices. Wonderful staff.

Cons:

The balcony is very small, but that is not unusual in Turkey.

highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in oludeniz
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, great location, fairly close to the beach and markets as well as babadag cable cars. Gino, Serkan and all the other staff were incredibly welcoming. Requested them to organise some hotel decorations for partner’s birthday and they went the extra mile to make sure it was perfect. Felt like a true local being here, really nice people, exceptional service.

Cons:

we couldn’t stay for longer :(
