I left immediately and will be writing to ask for a refund, went to straight to the Crown Plaza.
Pros:

Full marks for the view, the window opened right onto the Markt

Cons:

I don't know how they can call it a hotel, it's more like a hostel, very basic, but they charge like a hotel, presumably for the view.
There is no reception as such, you have to walk through the restaurant and check in at the bar where the surly staff may or may not find time to give you a key and some instructions on how to find your room, no elevator. None of the power outlets in the room were working. The large bed was two singles pushed together. No facilities other than the cupboards in your room. Unable to share pictures as I couldn't charge my flat phone even though my charger was protected they tried to blame me for the problem. I left and made it clear that I would be going elsewhere, now I'm told there will be no refund because they held the room open for me despite clearly being told that we were leaving.

A great location, very comfortable room, friendly staff, good restaurant & bar , very reasonable price. Paid parking was just a short walk away. Highly recommend this hotel.

Leuk hotel, ideale locatie met wat verbeterpuntjes
Pros:

De locatie is perfect! Midden op de markt en dus erg centraal in het oude centrum van Brugge. Het personeel is heel erg vriendelijk en maken een gezellig praatje met je. De bedden slapen heerlijk. Het ontbijt, wat niet bij de prijs inbegrepen was, is zeer uitgebreid en erg lekker.

Cons:

Voor de prijs die wij betaald hebben (€210 voor 1 nacht) vind ik de kamer erg karig. Heel erg basic en had voor deze prijs dus wel iets meer verwacht. Op de kamer was het ijskoud en de verwarming werkte niet. Toen we dat meldde werd het snel opgelost met een elektrisch kacheltje. Wat ik bv mis is op zijn minst een waterkoker met wat theezakjes en oploskoffie. Een kleine minibar was ook leuk geweest, we zijn nu naar een supermarktje gelopen om wat te drinken te hebben op de kamer.
De prijzen op het terras beneden zijn hoger dan omliggende terrasjes. Voor een cappuccino, warme chocomel met allebei een stukje appeltaart met slagroom moesten we ruim €46 afrekenen. Een colaatje kost €5,90 maar bij de buurman €4,00.
De schoonmaak mag wel iets aan gedaan worden. Op de radiator lag echt heel veel stof en dat was echt niet van een week ofzo.

I would stay here again. The location is unbeatable.
Pros:

The location of the property was amazing - right in the Centre of the centre! Our room was on the 1st floor, thank goodness as there was no lift although they would have helped with baggage. The bathroom shower was the best! The room was efficient. It had everything one needs, but no amenities such as coffee/kettle.

Cons:

Everything was great. The staff were so helpful because we were almost stranded due to a marathon, but they arranged for us to get out to the train station. Brugge is such a neat place.

Pros:

Perfect location to enjoy and explore Bruges. Staff so friendly and helpful. Eat lunch outside enjoying the market, view and people watch. Spacious clean room with everything you need… and as for the view!!!!!
