Great place, better than the reviews made me expect.
Pros:

I read the reviews and I came to the conclusion that people are expecting a Hilton. This is a local Turkish run hotel with good standards and very helpful staff.
There are two large pools ideal for kids with plenty of seating around the pool and also a few family boxes (not sure what to call them) with complete shade.

The location is nice and quiet away from the music of the city centre, but it is not in the middle of nowhere.
8 minutes walk away there are some great local places to eat typical Turkish food (meatballs), plus a collection of seaside restaurants for fish and other diets.
In the evening the walk along the seafront is amazing to watch the sunset as the day comes to conclusion.
In fact, in the evening there is a really cool popup seated area on an unused area of shingle beach where you can enjoy a wine or beer to watch the sunset for much less than a single pint of lager in London.

Breakfast was typical Turkish breakfast with additional cereal and milk for those not used to Turkish breakfast.
No problem at all and items were fresh and tasty.
Coffee was provided from the machine and Turkish tea was also available.
Breakfast seating area was outside on the terrace area by the pool, which was nice in the morning, or there is the option to sit inside.

They let you leave your luggage on checkout.
They can also take prepayment for taxis (taxis do not take card payments).

Cons:

Maybe only thing missing was yoghurt at breakfast.

Каждый день один и тот же завтрак к 9 уже на тарелках почти ничего не оставалось просили пополнить. В комнатах не очень чисто, нет душевых принадлежностей.

Pros:

Видно, что в отеле была классная задумка. Видимо у него были лучшие времена, когда он действительно оказывал хороший сервис. Даже есть наклейка с высоким рейтингом от booking.com если я не ошибаюсь от 2018 г. Скорее всего с тех времён и закончился у них хороший сервис.

Cons:

Очень старая постельное белье, все в катышках. Пол реально грязный. Сантехника очень уставшая.

Завтрак очень странный и очень скромный. Хотя все было довольно свежее.

В этот раз впечатления от проживания не очень хорошие.
Pros:

Удобное месторасположение в тихом месте, наличие большой парковки.

Cons:

Руководству отеля следует уделить больше внимания к качеству уборки номеров и замены постельного белья. Еще желательно, чтобы администратор владела базовым уровнем английского языка или пользовалась переводчиком.Несколько лет назад в этом отеле было лучше.

Pros:

Большая свободная парковка, дали двухкомнатный номер на четверых (нас было трое) наверное из-за того,что похоже, мы были одни в отеле. Очень милая территория с апельсиновыми и лимонными деревьями. Завтрак стандартный турецкий.В номере есть чайник, микроволновая печь,плита. Помимо кроватей был ещё диван и обеденный стол.

Cons:

При заезде было очень холодно в номере, но кондиционеры за час всё нагрели,было комфортно

Если вы в Фетхие ненадолго и на машине, то останавливаться в нем можно. Цена хорошая. Если же целенаправленно приезжаете
Pros:

Отель находится недалеко от набережной и если вы на машине, дорога займет буквально минут 5, если пешком, то минут 20. Так как мы были не в сезон, нам предоставили практически двухкомнатную квартиру с кухней и балконами. Хотя бронировали мы стандартный номер. Рядом с отелем большая парковка, где мы спокойно парковались. Персонал вежливый и ненавязчивый.

Cons:

Завтраки однообразные: овощи, зелень, сыры, местная невкусная колбаса, вареные яйца, хлопья, кофе, чай. Никаких горячих блюд не было.
Жили 2 суток, завтраки не менялись.
Отель сам очень очень уставший, постельное белье в катышках, полотенца уже посерели от старости, мебель вся древняя, сантехника такая же. Были в январе, и чтобы обогреть эти площади кондиционером, приходилось закрывать все двери и топить только спальню, но все равно было прохладно.
