I was not happy with my stay at this hotel.

We had requested a non-smoking room but were initially given a smoking room, which had a strong unpleasant smell. The room was also quite noisy.

There was also a billing issue where an additional charge was taken from my card without clear explanation (around 200 Euro). After I raised it, the hotel said the amount would be refunded via bank transfer, but that it could take up to 20 days to process. I don't really understand how this is possible.

Overall, the experience was disappointing and I would not recommend this hotel.

Personnel accueillant et très serviable. Chambre spacieuse. Petit déjeuner très bien.

Odeur pestilentielle dans la salle de bain.
Le premier soir, quelqu'un du service entretien est venu mettre un produit dans les évacuations d'eau. C'était supportable. Le lendemain c'était pire et le service entretien a juste vaporisé du parfum. Aucune efficacité. Heureusement, l'hôtel était peu occupé et j'ai pu changer de chambre.
Si l'hôtel connaît le problème, pourquoi louer cette chambre ?
Insonorisation à améliorer grandement.
Le boulevard au format autoroutier devant l'immeuble est la source d'un grondement permanent, même fenêtres bien fermées. Heureusement que j'avais mes bouchons d'oreille.
Ménage à améliorer.
Sous mon lit, il y avait un stylo et une paire de chaussettes.

Für den Preis war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis enttäuschend.

Das frühstück und personal und die Hygiene war sehr gut

Cons:

Wir haben ein Zimmer für drei Personen mit drei Betten gebucht. Leider war das Zimmer recht klein und eher für weniger Personen geeignet. Außerdem waren im Bad nur Handtücher für zwei Personen vorhanden. Für den Preis hätten wir uns ein größeres Zimmer gewünscht. Insgesamt haben wir uns etwas eingeengt gefühlt.

Radisson Blu Diyarbakır’da geçirdiğim deneyim tek kelimeyle kusursuzdu. Daha giriş anından itibaren kendinizi özel hissettiren bir atmosfer var. Otelin şıklığı, temizliği ve sunduğu konfor gerçekten dünya standartlarının da ötesinde.

Ama bu deneyimi unutulmaz kılan en önemli şey kesinlikle personelin ilgisi ve samimiyeti. Her biri inanılmaz profesyonel, güler yüzlü ve çözüm odaklı. Özellikle Hacer Hanım’a ayrı bir parantez açmak gerekiyor. İlgi, nezaket ve misafirperverliğin vücut bulmuş hali diyebilirim. Her detayla birebir ilgilenmesi, sizi gerçekten değerli hissettirmesi ve her an destek olması bu deneyimi bambaşka bir seviyeye taşıyor.

Sadece bir otelde konaklamıyorsunuz; adeta özel bir misafir gibi ağırlanıyorsunuz. Konfor, kalite, hizmet ve insan sıcaklığı bu kadar mükemmel bir şekilde bir araya nadiren gelir.

Eğer Diyarbakır’da kalınacak tek bir yer varsa, o da kesinlikle burası. Gözünüz kapalı tercih edebilirsiniz. Tekrar gelmek için sabırsızlanıyorum!

Bu güzel deneyimin arkasındaki en büyük pay ise hiç şüphesiz ekipte. Her biri son derece ilgili, güler yüzlü ve çözüm odaklı. Özellikle Hacer Hanım’ın ilgisi, zarafeti ve misafirperverliği gerçekten fark yaratıyor. Her detayla yakından ilgilenmesi ve her an destek olması kendinizi çok değerli hissettiriyor.
