A Good Place to Avoid
Pros:

The view is Amazing, the breakfast delicious, the dining room elegant, the rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds. It is clear that this was once a crown jewel 5 star hotel, BUT it has decayed significantly. Bookings.com really missed the mark on this one, the 3 star apartments are cleaner, with better amenities than this one, reviews on Google and trip advisor highlighted the issues we faced, rather than the “glowing reviews on Booking.com. Pool was a slimy green color, TV had no channel reception, room was dirty, one room had no functioning bedside light since there were no bedside receptacles, and chairs were used as bedside tables. Chair in master bedroom had a broken leg and wobbled, shower wand had no wall mount for showering, the very nice sliding door to the balcony was not aligned or lubricated and would not shut.

Pros:

I'm torn on this place- I expected much more due to the price. The good things is the breakfast is fantastic. Almost worth the total cost. The pool and terrace are very nice- the view is incredible. The check in/check out process was very quick.

Cons:

The room was a little dingy and shabby, there was mold in the bathroom. It was the most expensive hotel that I stayed in during my trip along the Croatian cost and given the price and the photos from the website, I was expecting something much newer.

Predivna lokacija, predivan pogled na more. Jako ljubazno i drago osoblje i bogat doručak.

Cons:

Slike soba na internetu se malo razlikuju od onih u stvarnosti. Na slikama sve izgleda novo i moderno u stvarnosti nije baš tako. Dodala bi i sušilo za kosu, jako teško je osušiti kosu s njime. Ali pogled sa terase vrijedi milijun dolara 😀

super petit déjeuner (de 8h à 10h) même si les jus n’étaient pas de fruits frais.
situation dominant Orebic et vue panoramique sur les îles superbes
grande piscine

Cons:

en une semaine personne n’a fait de ménage (draps, serviettes, poubelle)
un frigo serait le bienvenu
pas de wifi dans la chambre

Good location with excellent views. Excellent breakfast.

Cons:

The room was quite tired. Bathroom shower doors broken and replaced with plastic curtains. Water was too hot and difficult to set shower temperature. Not enough sockets for charging phones and tablets
