Where we go when in Bozeman
Pros:

We have stayed here before and we appreciate the quick service. Breakfast is good and has a lot of options. They even have a bar set up in the evening. Of course plenty of space in our room. Always coffee in the lobby.

Cons:

The room service is every other day. very tiny script said that you can request (it has to be requested at the front desk. Did not know that. The bathroom door is the sliding kind, just an fyi.

Also, you used to have a view unobstructed of the hills beyond the freeway. There is a building now that partially obstructs the view, so if that is important to you make sure to ask.

Lack of Customer Experience
Pros:

Hotel is pretty good. Nice. New. But the bar closes at 10:00 pm and when I walked in the hotel at 10:02 pm and asked the bar tender if I could have one last beer - her words were, I already closed out. So sod how Marriott uses AI to book rooms for a premium while offering a mediocre experience.

Excellent customer service to price match the Marriott online prices!
Pros:

We travel frequently and often stay at Marriott hotels. When I made this reservation the price seemed a little higher than expected, but I figured it was the time of year families come to Yellowstone. As our checkin date arrived, we noticed the online prices were lower than the price I paid. I informed Alex, the front desk manager and she actually reduced our price to one lower than the online price. I would consider this excellent customer service. Kudos to Alex and all of the staff at this hotel!

Convenient, efficient . Brand new hotel so obviously immaculate. Would stay again but go out for breakfast.
Pros:

Clean, big room, good quality cotton bed linen. Quiet.

Cons:

Breakfast ! Very limited selection . Plastic coffee and tea cups… not acceptable ! For a Marriott hotel very disappointing.

I liked everything about the hotel, including the service quality and the staff, except that the elevator and doors some
Pros:

The hotel room was very clean, and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. I was very satisfied with my stay.

Cons:

One thing I didn’t like was that when I used the key card to open the elevator or hotel doors, I kept getting small electric shocks.

Beautiful, comfortable, and clean motel with kind and helpful staff
Pros:

The room was beautiful and very clean (and Im very picky about the cleanliness of a motel)! The bed was cozy, we slept so good. The location of the motel is close to town and the running track for the cross-country team we came with to access.

Cons:

The breakfast was hot and fresh. Because I like a lighter breakfast, I was hoping for some yougurt/granola options. Also, the oatmeal was very watery.
