Хотела и всичко в него е доста занемарено, вратите не се затварят добре, по време на моя престой имаше изключително силна миризна на боя/химикали в стаята, стаята е просторна но със следи от течове и подпухнали стени, банятя е с премаханата душ кабината и добавани плочки, водата изобщо не се оттича. Персонала е като цяло не гостоприемен и се държи грубо. Закуската е с ниско качество и покрива минимума.

Място за пълноценна почивка.
Pros:

Просторни стаи. Удобни легла. Богата закуска. Басейн с минерална вода. Има тераса с изглед към града. Приветлив персонал. Добър ресторант на прилични цени.

Pros:

Локация, уютно е, персоналът е ведър и приятелски.

Cons:

В банята има само диспенсъри, пълни с един и същ течен препарат за миене и къпане.
Двойното легло всъщност са 2 залепени едно до друго единични и разделянето на матраците докато се спи е доста некомфортно.

Pros:

Big room. Great deal at that price you can get a bedroom and a living room with terrace and 2 bathrooms plus breakfast and dinner. It was clean. The bed was comfortable. New sofa. Very spacious. The saunas were good. Infrared and finish. Small relaxation area too with 2 relaxation warmer beds. The food was not awesome but not awful either and they had many salads which we liked and they had fruit. They had very decent pastry too. Not looking fancy but it was good taste. Breakfast was not too bad too.

Cons:

When we entered they have moped the floor in the hallway with a stinky mop. The spa area stinks like gas. So did one of the bathrooms in our room. We kept the door closed and windows open. When we told the receptionist she said someone will check tomorrow. I doubt that they don't know. We were there about year ago and there was the same issue. Pool is small just you can soak. The water I would not say was warm.

За цената е добре.
Pros:

Хотелът е повече като санаториум, не очаквайте луксозен спа хотел. Но е много добро попадение за цената. Рецепцията работи до късно, до полунощ. Стаите са големи, чисти, с тераси. Вечер е тихо. В ресторанта е чисто, има сравн. добра закуска и вечеря. Наливното вино (бяло) беше добро. Цените са прилични. Работят млади хора, стараят се.

Cons:

Ако очаквате спа глезотии - няма такива. Нямаше време за 1 нощувка, не видях вътр. басейн, само масажно кресло и детоксикатор. Банята в стаята беше занемарена.
Ако искате скъп хотел - отсреща е Емпайр срещу 250 Е. Не знам дали могат да се ползат басейните, но е вариант да опитате.
