Great every time and consistency is hard to find these days
Pros:

I love how easy and simple it is to check-in and be in your room in no time at all! The in-room dining is amazing and the room is always clean and bright with lots of natural light. The location is also perfect for a family day out at Bounce or a trip to the city for the football or a show and back for some rest. Highly recommend

Perfect location, beautiful and clean, bathroom was exceptional. Staff are lovely and accommodating
Pros:

easy parking and check in. Room was so clean , furniture comfortable and stylish. Bathroom was exceptional, bed was super comfy. Able to easily adjust the heating/cooling for the room too. Was a really great experience.

Cons:

I would have liked a microwave in the room, however that is not a showstopper at all. Room Service would be great if it started early morning too not just in the evenings.
