Pros:

Room was a good size, good view

Cons:

No wine glasses in the room, had to ask for them at reception, also went to go for breakfast with my partner and told breakfast was for only one person, nothing on the booking said this and never experienced that in any hotel i have stayed at, always breakfast included means for guests staying(plural)not just one, not happy with that we had to choose who got to eat!!!

Perfect for early departures.
Pros:

Room service food was amazing. The room was spacious and comfortable and the staff were incredibly helpful. The shuttle service is perfect.

Cons:

An on site EV charger would be amazing, although there is one reasonably close by.

Pros:

The hotel was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and all the staff were very helpful! The hotel had a lovely restaurant which was good value.

Cons:

I would have loved to see house made cocktails rather than canned premixed options. Gym was good but would have liked alternative facilitates such as a spa.

Great choice for an early flight
Pros:

Stayed at the Hyatt Centric Melbourne Airport for one night before our early morning flight to Tokyo, and it was the perfect choice.

The hotel is new, modern, and very well maintained. We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious the room was, making our short stay really comfortable. The staff were all friendly and attentive, and a special shoutout to the duty night manager who noticed we were carrying takeaway food and kindly offered us plates and cutlery. It was such a thoughtful gesture and really showed their excellent customer service.

Overall, everything about our stay was smooth, comfortable, and hassle-free. We’d definitely stay here again for an early flight and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient airport hotel.

Great Hotel
Pros:

Easy access, lots of parking, smooth check-in and the room was lovely and extremely clean. The jug was great to fill at the water fountain.
