Sorry but Never Again.
Pros:

The location was convenient. The lobby/dining area was decent.

Cons:

The beds were HARD and uncomfortable. The bedding on the sofa bed was dirty and the couch had crumbs old lip chap and trash under the cushions and crumbs of food on the sofa bed when you pulled it out. The bag of extra bedding in the closet smelled used!!! The blow dryer was just unraveled hanging off the bathroom counter when we walmed in. the coffee maker in the room was dirty the glasses were already USED when we got to the room both rolls of tissue were opened and used wasnt even a new rool available and the kleenex was empty!! The pool water was yucky!!! murky and freezing cold and No lights in the pool and absolutely no towels in the pool area!!The hot breakfast food was cold especiallythe sausage links the oranges were turning brown. The rooms were super muggy even with the air on. The bar downstairs NEVER opened the whole weekend. The phone in the room didnt work everytime I tried to call front desk it just rang twice and hung up or didnt ring at all. The mini fridge didnt get cold at all!!! Then I asked for an extra pillow and blanket and they told me they didnt have one because they were all booked 😒 i asked them to change the sheets when I stepped out one day and they had the nerve to make the bed with the same sheets and refused to put new bedding in the sofa bed. Idk just want a good fit for me and my family as much as I spent i could have stayed somewhere wayyyyy better and much more comfortable one of the worst thi is is spending your money and feeling CHEATED during and after smh

Dirty and poor customer service
Pros:

Room was dirty (floo was sticky/bathroom, crib, and couch were visibly dirty in particular). Asked for multiple housekeeping items which were missed. Poor customer service. Probably the worst Hyatt we have stayed in.

Had a great time, can't wait for next year!
Pros:

The staff at the hotel were friendly, helpful and professional. The breakfast was lovely, and the facilities were superb. Parking was free and accessible, and the hotel was easy to get to from the interstate but not so close that the traffic was a disturbance during sleep hours. Our convention was perfectly accommodated there, and I'm really looking forward to returning next year!

This is my second time and I returned because last year I had a great time and the staff is nice.
Pros:

I liked that there is water and other juices. I liked the coffee. I liked the yogurt.

Cons:

I did not like that the eggs are not made at the moment. I like fried eggs overhard and the scrambled eggs you have get cold very fast by the moment you are at the table. There is a few variety of bread. The restaurant should be open for lunch.

Damp
Pros:

I generally stay at Hyatts whenever I travel, and had a prior year positive experience at this particular Hyatt Place, but this year it has gone seriously downhill. Our room was extremely damp. The carpet and bedding felt damp to the touch, the bathroom floor was so damp it was slippery, and paper left in the room became floppy. I understand it’s humid outside and they can’t control the weather but I also live in a humid climate and it should absolutely not be that damp indoors. I would like to attend the same convention again next year but am nervous to stay at the Hyatt because if they don’t resolve the moisture problem, mold will surely be the next problem. Housekeeping was also not very thorough…they would come in and make the bed but then leave us with very low toilet paper and not take the trash out.

Excellent Stay in Sharonville
Pros:

Had a great stay at Hyatt Place Cincinnati / Sharonville Convention Center. The hotel was clean, modern, and well-maintained. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout the stay. The location is convenient with easy access to the convention center and surrounding attractions. Breakfast was good, parking was easy, and the overall experience was smooth and hassle-free. I would definitely stay here again when visiting the Cincinnati area.
