Disappointed and out of $340!

The look from outside

I didn’t like the fact that some of the guests staying on the property were loud. The loudness was not addressed. One of our rooms, #207 had ants bad. The INDOOR pool was NOT HEATED! There were no towels in the pool area at all, I had to go ask for some! There was water all through the hotel where guests were getting out of the pool and going to there rooms. There water was not cleaned up off the floor post haste, it did take a minute for the staff to clean it up! It was cold as if it were outside. The only thing that we could eat for breakfast was either cereal or fruit! There were no eggs, sausage or bacon left at 9 am. The cook stated that she had made 40 pieces of French toast and they’re gone, but there was more than 20 guests in the hotel. So if 20 guests grabbed 2 French toasts a piece, the 40 pieces made were gone! I’ve been to cheaper hotels and had better stays, better continental breakfasts and didn’t have to sleep with ants! I will not return to your hotel! I feel as though I WASTED my money, which I work HARD for!

My stay was wonderful!!!
Pros:

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was very delicious and set up nicely. The location was very convenient to other area's we were heading too. The sleep was top tier!

Room not comfortable or acceptable due to ants. Refund should be given.

The location was great/near restaurants and entertainment.

Cons:

Encountered ants in the room/ in the desk and couch. After telling the front desk staff, I was informed the room will be re-cleaned and sprayed- after retuning, ants were still visible- made my stay very uncomfortable that I had to leave and find accommodations elsewhere .

So far, after stays in 3 different Hyatt Place hotels we’ve been very pleased.
Pros:

We’ve stayed at 2 Hyatt Place hotels recently & both were clean & had everything we needed included a good breakfast.

Cons:

No body lotion… it had everything else

Convention hotel that cannot handle large parties at all.
Pros:

Large rooms

Cons:

Mediocre breakfast poorly serviced. No staff. Dirty room. A large wedding party with children that screamed and ran the halls all three nights till one am. This is a convention hotel and it was obvious they cannot accommodate convention type guests. Services were poor.
