Vale 100% la pena quedarse aca. Tienen un staff muy cordial y amable. Itien nos recibió en la recepción y fue muy amable, las chicas de la limpieza y los del desayuno tambien, trataron de acomodar todas mis necesidades.
Se nota que es un lugar muy seguro y apto para familias, ademas que el entorno es bello. Me encanto que tangan la opcion de arrendar cabañas o habitacion, ademas que la cama era gigante y pudimos dormir los tres con mi hijo sin problema.
El wifi funciono perfecto.
Por ultimo la calefacción central fue muy buena, es mas siempre teníamos calor adentro (mejor que pasar frio creo yo).

Cons:

Arrendamos una habitacion y por el tipo de construccion era un poco ruidosa, especialmente en el baño, literalmente escuchaba conversaciones completas de otras habitaciones. Igualmente no fue todo el tiempo y logramos descansar muchisimo.
El desayuno tiene un ventana muy pequeña de 8 a 9:30, lo que no deja mucho tiempo para disfrutar tu mañana porque debes correr a comer o no puedes despertarte temprano para ir a esquiar.

Cons:

Pouco tempo para o café da manhã,8h-9:30,e teve dias que o encontramos fechado às 8:00,um dia saímos sem tomar café porque simplesmente não tinha funcionários para abrir o restaurante.

Pros:

It’s a very close drive to Nevados de Chillán. Breakfast was good. The cabin was nice.

Cons:

The heat was cranked up really high, we were able to control it a little though by opening windows and turning down the knob. The knob wasn’t initially obvious.

The room was very warm which is not very common for the winter in Chile.

Cons:

The room was small for three people, not enough storage space, we had to keep our bags and belongings all over the room. There's no fridge to keep small food items, I.e. fruit or beer.

me parecio que las cabañas centrales necesitan mantencion y cambio de ropa de cama
se paga el arriendo de tinaja y ni siquiera tienen una silla o un quitasol si esta lloviendo para que dejes tus toallas
