Extremely kind staff, perfect stay!
Pros:

The hotel was in a perfect location, in good walking distance from most things and it had evereything we could’ve possible needed provided! The staff were so lovely, all of them were really kind but especially Phu who was so helpful and bubbly. Would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Hanoi!

Decent stay!
Pros:

Convenient location. Helpful staff.

Cons:

Bathroom could use more ventilation as it gets very warm in the summer time. Almost feels like a sauna even with cold water on.

The shower on level 6 was quite poor, either water was boiling or weak water pressure. Towels looked a little old

Excellent location, all types of amenities around the hotel (groceries, shopping, restaurants, ...) the staff was great and really helpful. we really enjoyed the stay

Chambre confortable
Rooftop très sympa avec billard, machine à laver et sèche linge à disposition gratuitement et cuisine partagée.

Cons:

Notre chambre donnait sur la rue et il y a eu des travaux toutes la nuit, ce n’est pas la faute de l’hôtel mais ça a rendu la nuit peu agréable

Pros:

Vị trí tuyệt vời, khách sạn mới và giá rất tốt ngay trong khu Phố Cổ. Có tầng 7 khu sinh hoạt chung với máy giặt sấy miễn phí, bếp chung, quầy trà cà phê và view nhìn ra thành phố rất tuyệt. Các bạn nhân viên đáng yêu nhiệt tình.
