Cons:

Disappointing stay at Ginger Mumbai Teligali.

First of all, Booking.com charged me twice as much as the usual rate for this hotel. The hotel is being advertised as a 4* but for the amount of money I paid and the service delivered, it is not worth it.

Below are some of the cons:
1. Room is very small.
2. No hand towel or soft tissue paper provided.
3. No stationery materials as in other hotels.
4. No printed guidance on how to use the TV and digital channels.
5. No spoons for coffee making facility.
6. Uncomfortable bed and pillows: sagging.
7. Water overflows from the bath cabin onto the bathroom floors.
8. Toilet poorly flushes.
9. Security safe box was out of order.
10. Very dusty shelves of the wardrobe and drawers.
11. Slow staff at Reception. Long check in/check out.
12. Very very spicy food at breakfast and Dinner.
13. Poor selection of beverages for dinner.
14. Restaurant staff forcing you to positively post positive feedback about the Qmin inhouse restaurant on Tripadvisor, mentioning their names.
15. Staff doesn't care to explain the facilities available at the hotel.

Overall, for the price I paid, not worth a single rupee. Definetely not coming back.

It's worth staying . The staff were friendly . We did have fun with them . Everything was good .
Pros:

We liked the food on point just spicy . Spice should be put less .

Cons:

There were little small flies in the room and flush not working when I checked . That's y had to change my room . Cleanliness more focus is needed .

Disgusting
Pros:

Service is absolutely bad workers are taking it for granted , a higher authorities surprise check should happen in the properly for the employees to maintain a proper standard they’re just making the brand value down

Very uncomfortable stay
Pros:

The location of the hotel is very nice and central in Andheri

Cons:

Very poor cleanliness, mattresses very uncomfortable and almost hurt the back. The linen is not changed despite multiple requests. The staff is not cordial and rude when you ask for basics like an extra tower or order in room dining. The room size is extra small and hardly the bed can fit 2 people

Overall a good experience, could have been better for the money.

Cons:

Toilet seat was broken, no footmat in bathroom, bathroom door lock not functioning properly. Too expensive for the size of the room.
