Ginger Mumbai does not care about customer satisfaction. The lead time in service runs into few hours.. Surprisingly there is no one to do any service

Cons:

The overall cleanliness of the sheets has to be better and also the tooth brush/paste etc must be ensured is the complete list that is normally given. I have sometimes a comb missing or sometimes the toothbrush and paste missing and I don't think I need to contact someone everytime for this. It's a routine thing and IT MUST be there.

It was a good stay if you are travelling for work
Pros:

The location, staff behavior, cleanliness, comfort - good. enjoyable. Food in the restaurant is also good. Though options are limited, but good. I had a great dal makhani in the buffet on 2nd May night. It's not easy to woo a hardcore non-veg like me with a veg dish. The chicken tikka was also good.

Cons:

One area of improvement - room service could be better. Especially during the night time. One day I was late to come back to hotel and the restaurant was closed. So I ordered food from outside and was looking for a plate and curtlery. It was midnight. I was promised to be supplied at the room, but unfortunately no one has come.

Poor Service for Senior Citizens

Cons:

We requested an additional room key for my elderly parents, but the front desk staff was dismissive and unhelpful. The employee cited security policies as an excuse, which I found unreasonable. As frequent guests of Ginger Hotels across many cities, we have never encountered this issue before and are very disappointed with the service provided.
