Pros:

Great location, easy to find

Cons:

The elevators seemed sketchy, door wasn't sure if it wanted to open or not but we didn't get stuck, so good result.

Pros:

Beautiful clean room with spectacular views. Location was fantastic close to everything. Bonus with a gym, sauna, spa and pool. Will stay again highly recommend.

Pros:

空間舒適，跟照片上一樣。超級適合小家庭，距離南十字車站很近，附近也有超市可購買東西，距離day tour集合點也很近。住高樓層夜景很美～櫃檯人員親切會講中文！

Overall, it is ok . I would stay here again.
Pros:

The apartment is nice and closed to the southern cross station, and the tram is right in front of the apartment, which is really convenient.

Cons:

The apartment itself was not that clean. The carpets were dirty. The metal rim around the front door and bathroom door is broken. Making the door not safe at all. It feels like the door can be easily broken in
I did notify the staff who responded pretty quickly.

Great stay, perfect location and easy to get everywhere we wanted to go.
Pros:

Location was great, tram stop right outside the front door. Shower pressure was good, lots of bathroom amenities provided. As well as kitchen supplies.

Cons:

The towels felt like the were due for replacement.
