This is such a magical villa to stay in! The hosts are absolutely wonderful: the room was very large and comfortable with great aircon and wifi, the breakfasts are delicious and we loved relaxing by the pool. It’s worth getting up for the sunrise, very beautiful.
The staff/owner are super friendly, the location is great and the free bicycles were also super!
The connecting family room has a balcony but it’s shared. We didn’t expect that, because we like some privacy and also we have (small) children so we prefer to sit in front of the room.

Buổi tối muộn hơi không thấy nhân viên ! Dù nhân viên phản hồi nhu cầu của khách ngay sau khi nhận được tin nhắn qua kênh zalo, nhưng sẽ có những vấn đế cần trao đổi trực tiếp khi khách phát sinh ! Nếu có thể thay đổi sắp xếp nhân viên trực là tuyệt vời!
I had a wonderful stay at this villa over the weekend. The owner was incredibly hospitable, kind, and patient, and she took the time to answer all of my questions, which I really appreciated.
In the end, I was very happy with everything — the room was comfortable, the breakfast was generous and delicious, and the rice field views around the villa were absolutely incredible. It was a peaceful and beautiful place to stay, and I left feeling very satisfied.

Nette en schone kamer met goed (niet te hard) bed. Goede locatie, rustig bij rijstveld maar je fietst of loopt zo naar het oude centrum. Vriendelijke medewerkers die hun best doen om het je naar de zin te maken en je overal mee kunnen helpen.
We hadden 1 nacht pech met luidruchtige buren tot heel laat. Daar kunnen ze verder weinig aan doen en ze proberen het netjes op te lossen.
Месторасположение идеальное на мой взгляд. Я 3й раз в Хой Ане и это место близко к центру города - 20 минут пешком, близко к пляжу - ехать 10 минут, рядом есть в пешей доступности много мест для еды. И конечно рисовые поля вокруг, где можно прогуляться
Комната достаточно большая, есть терраса на комплекс из 3 комнат
Бассейн большой и глубокий (мой рост 162)
Огромный плюс - это вода из кулера для гостей безлимитно!
Комнату готовы убирать каждый день, но я просила убирать реже ))))

Absolutely loved our stay! Room was clean, new, beautifully decorated and comfortable. The staff were excellent especially Beenis who runs the hotel, absolutely lovely and so helpful. Location was great for our family, 20 minute walk into town or get an electric car for $3.

Hotel w spokojnej okolicy ale w zasięgu spaceru do centrum Hoi An. Fantastyczna obsługa, począwszy od transportu z lotniska (taniej niż grab), rekomendacja atrakcji i wynajem skuterów. Pyszne śniadania.
Heerlijke plek in de rijstvelden en toch dichtbij stad en strand, zo’n 10 min met de fiets - strand ietsje verder. Lekkere achtertuin met schommels, fijn zwembad en mooie kamers met koelkastje, airco en fan.
De rijstvelden werden in brand gezet (onderdeel van landbouwcyclus) maar daarom veel rook.
Grande chambre. Piscine agréable pour se détendre et se rafraîchir pendant les journées chaudes

Nous n'étions pas pendant la bonne période pour profiter de la beauté des champs entourant la propriété
Excelente trato por los dueños De la Villa. Fueron muy amables en todo momento, nos recibieron a las 23.00 de la noche para poder hacer el check-in sin ningún sobrecoste. Nos facilitaron transporte para recogernos del aeropuerto.
Nos ofrecieron una actividad para aprender a cocinar cocina vietnamita la cual nos encantó, y luego un paseo en barquita por el río.
También tienen motos para alquilar por unos 4,5€ al día, lo cual viene perfecto para acercarte al centro de la ciudad para pasear.
Habitaciones muy limpias, cama muuy grande y muy cómoda.
Si volviera alguna vez a Hoi An no dudaría en volver a quedarme otra vez.

Our stay was fantastic: beautiful small boutique hotel (family-like atmosphere), spacious room, delicious breakfast, and a peaceful location among the rice fields.
What touched us most was the incredible dedication of Ms. Peanut. When our youngest suddenly had to be rushed to the hospital, she immediately stepped in to arrange everything and support us. Her warmth and helpfulness made a difficult situation so much easier. Thanks to her, we felt not only welcome but truly cared for.
