Pros:

Месторасположение идеальное на мой взгляд. Я 3й раз в Хой Ане и это место близко к центру города - 20 минут пешком, близко к пляжу - ехать 10 минут, рядом есть в пешей доступности много мест для еды. И конечно рисовые поля вокруг, где можно прогуляться
Комната достаточно большая, есть терраса на комплекс из 3 комнат
Бассейн большой и глубокий (мой рост 162)

Огромный плюс - это вода из кулера для гостей безлимитно!
Комнату готовы убирать каждый день, но я просила убирать реже ))))
Очень добродушные управляющие, собственник и сотрудники
Я пролила проживание, и жила 2 недели, настолько мне понравилось

Gorgeous hotel and amazing staff
Pros:

Absolutely loved our stay! Room was clean, new, beautifully decorated and comfortable. The staff were excellent especially Beenis who runs the hotel, absolutely lovely and so helpful. Location was great for our family, 20 minute walk into town or get an electric car for $3.

Hotel w spokojnej okolicy ale w zasięgu spaceru do centrum Hoi An. Fantastyczna obsługa, począwszy od transportu z lotniska (taniej niż grab), rekomendacja atrakcji i wynajem skuterów. Pyszne śniadania.

Heerlijke plek in de rijstvelden en toch dichtbij stad en strand, zo’n 10 min met de fiets - strand ietsje verder. Lekkere achtertuin met schommels, fijn zwembad en mooie kamers met koelkastje, airco en fan.

Cons:

De rijstvelden werden in brand gezet (onderdeel van landbouwcyclus) maar daarom veel rook.

Maravillosa Villa en Hoi An
Pros:

Excelente trato por los dueños De la Villa. Fueron muy amables en todo momento, nos recibieron a las 23.00 de la noche para poder hacer el check-in sin ningún sobrecoste. Nos facilitaron transporte para recogernos del aeropuerto.
Nos ofrecieron una actividad para aprender a cocinar cocina vietnamita la cual nos encantó, y luego un paseo en barquita por el río.
También tienen motos para alquilar por unos 4,5€ al día, lo cual viene perfecto para acercarte al centro de la ciudad para pasear.
Habitaciones muy limpias, cama muuy grande y muy cómoda.
Si volviera alguna vez a Hoi An no dudaría en volver a quedarme otra vez.

A small, family run hotel on a perfect, quiet location in Hoi An. Rooms were clean, the family super friendly and helpfull with booking a taxi, providing information (restaurant tips!) and options for tours. The pool was good for cooling down at warm days. If you want a quiet place, not too big, with all the basics for a few days in Hoi An: this is it!

Paddy paradise!
Pros:

Lovely apartment with a view over the rice paddies, a short Grab ride or walk from the Old Town. The best part of our stay was Ms Peanut, who helped us book lots of things during our stay and had great local knowledge! The breakfast was really nice too. The pool was great in the heat, and clean. The kids loved staying here!

Cons:

Sometimes it was tricky to get a Grab into town, but generally they seemed to be harder to get in Hoi An compared to other cities we visited, so that's not the fault of the accommodation. It was only a 15-20 minute walk into the Old Town though, so not that big a deal.

Pros:

Peanut was an amazing host! The views around the hotel are beautiful and the pool area is very nice for relaxing when it’s hot out. Would definitely stay here again!

On ne recoit pas de bouteille d'eau mais on peut remplir sa bouteille à la réception où l'eau n'est pas assez froide.

Pros:

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in unseren Familienzimmer im Lavini in Hoian.
Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb und ist dementsprechend ruhiger, trotzdem ist man zentral und nach einem kurzen Fussmarsch in der Stadt.
Der Pool ist auch sehr gepflegt und erfrischend. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage und einen Ventilator. Im Zimmer hat es einen Kühlschrank und wirklich bequeme Betten😍

Das ganze Team ist super lieb und bemüht und hilft wo es kann zu organisieren und unterstützen.
Auch die Kommunikation gestaltete sich problemlos.
Wir durften sogar früher ins Zimmer und auch nach dem Checkout noch die öffentlichen Bereiche weiter nutzen. Das Frühstück war reichlich und sehr lecker, als wir einen Ausflug machten wurden uns extra Banh mi besorgt.
Wir können das Lavini wärmstens weiter empfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder wenn wir mal wieder in Vietnam sind. Danke für alles🫶

Pros:

I highly recommend this hotel! The managers are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and beautiful, with a stunning view of the rice fields. And the pool is incredible! The hotel is also in a great location—close to the center, yet quiet and surrounded by rice fields.
I recommend it 100%! I had a wonderful stay.

The pool is lovely and right by the rooms. They also served a good quality breakfast for a reasonable cost.

Cons:

Air conditioning remote was hard to use and my bathtub plug didn’t seal so I couldn’t take a bath in the fun egg-tub.
