Better hotels at better value.
Pros:

Facilities are nice and bars are great. I would recommend visiting as an evening guest more than I would staying there.

Cons:

Day of our wedding - we check in for 2 nights. My wife is in her wedding dress and nobody meets us or greeted us. Sweating a lot in the heat and no welcome drink. They made us wait in the lobby for 10 minutes for no reason whatsover. I had to carry my own bags in my suit to the room.

They gave me no update on the 35 guests we were bringing for the buffet. They didn't have enough tables and chairs for the guests in the end. Thai family left and went elsewhere. We drunk half the bar until midnight, and spent a lot of money and I turn up 3 mins after breakfast finishes (10:33) and they wont even give me a coffee. I walked to two bars on site and they dont serve coffee. Had to leave the hotel to get 2 coffees (wife hungover). Later they offered me a free coffee. The room had coffee pods but no coffee machine. Super helpful.

5 ☆ facilities perhaps, but 0 ☆ customer service.

2nd day breakfast was not great and not as good as other hotels in Khao Lak. Been to Khao Lak many times. Bacon was not a nice taste and sausages are little cheap processed ones. One manager who apologised which was nice and gave us a free massage, but other staff just not very helpful. Other hotels are full of smiles and how can we help etc.

Absolutely stunning
Pros:

Beyond our expectation of service and hospitality from experienced hotel staffs. We really appreciate the birthday surprise in the hotel restaurant. Breakfast and the dinner were great. The sunset view from the beach in front of the hotel was truly stunning.

Cons:

I had seen the hotel promoting facebook Ads 1-2 weeks before our arrival date. It’s not great value for money to book via Booking.com. The hotel's own packages are more affordable and include superior benefits. I’m a bit disappointed to find out I paid more.

Notre coin de paradis
Pros:

Le professionnalisme du personnel a tout les niveaux,le cadre,l’emplacement en plein coeur de bang niang ,vous passez facilement de la piscine à la plage qui offre une longue promenade exceptionnelle,c’est la troisième fois que nous y venons en famille et nous avons vraiment trouvé notre oasis de détente et de repos ,sans oublier le magnifique buffet organisé 3 fois par semaine qui est réputé dans tout Khao lak et qui sert des produits de viandes et crustacés exceptionnels

Cons:

Peut-être les spectacles les soirs de buffet un peu répétitifs il faudrait des soirées musicales un peu plus festives

Lovely hotel
Pros:

Lovely modern hotel right on the beach with short walk into a busy town. Stayed in grand deluxe swim up room which was beautiful. Spent Easter night at the Kokulo beach club for their lobster buffet, well worth the money. Can totally recommend staying here.

Un séjour inoubliable
Pros:

Tout était parfait! L'établissement réunit tous les atouts pour faire du séjour un pur bonheur.
Nous y avons séjourné 3 nuits du 22 avril au 25 avril. Les piscines, le Kokulo Beach Club, le petit déjeuner incroyable, cette plage privative de sable blanc à couper le souffle et surtout la gentillesse de tout le personnel sans exception!
Ume chose est sûre. nous y reviendrons.

Pros:

Le personnel était vraiment très accueillant, sympathique et disponible. Chaque demande était prise en compte et respectée.
Concernant l'hôtel, il est très bien situé et très bien conçu, le GRAND PLUS de l'hôtel était les bombonnes d'eau potable avec plusieurs températures installées à chaque bâtiment des chambres, j'ai beaucoup apprécié, c'est vraiment un grand point très positif pour l'hôtel.
J'ai passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel, c'est ma deuxième fois et je ne regrette pas du tout d'y être retournée.

Cons:

L'hôtel devrait mettre en place un service gratuit de voiturier pour aéroport/hôtel et hôtel/aéroport. Cela permettrait aux clients d'être encore plus sereins pendant leur séjour et apporterait à l'hôtel une meilleure note.
