Um hotel simples e funcional, café quentinho disponível o dia inteiro, mas com pontos a melhorar

O hotel é muito bonito, com uma fachada bem decorada e vários ambientes compartilhados aconchegantes. Um detalhe muito agradável foi o café quentinho disponível como cortesia durante todo o dia. Tudo estava sempre limpo e organizado.

Durante nossa estadia de duas diárias, mesmo no frio, tivemos as toalhas substituídas por toalhas secas de um dia para o outro, o que foi ótimo. O horário do café da manhã até às 10h também foi um diferencial, permitindo descansar mais pela manhã.

A vista da sacada no café da manhã é maravilhosa, com flores lindíssimas e uma paisagem de outono encantadora, que tornou a experiência ainda mais especial.

Cons:

A acomodação foi agradável no geral, mas alguns detalhes chamaram atenção. O chuveiro apresentava jato espalhado e vazamento lateral — nada que impedisse o uso, porém, considerando a nota 9,4 da propriedade, não esperava passar por esse tipo de inconveniente, especialmente no frio de maio.

A colcha aparentava estar bem gasta e não havia edredom, apenas uma manta. No café da manhã, senti falta de maior variedade: havia diversos bolos, mas poucos com cobertura, nenhuma opção de torta, e não ofereciam requeijão nem doce de leite. Também havia poucas opções de salgados, como pastéis ou risoles.

Apesar desses pontos, a estadia foi satisfatória, mas acredito que pequenas melhorias poderiam tornar a experiência ainda melhor.

Feliz por estar em casa mesmo fora de casa.

O Hotel oferece excelente ambiente familiar, as acomodações são limpas, organizadas, tudo funcionando corretamente, equipe educada e prestativa. Super recomendo hospedar-se no Hotel Azaléia.
