Καλό θα ήταν να υπήρχε κι ένα γυμναστήριο εκτός από τις τόσες άλλες παροχές που διαθέτει. Έχουν ακόμη και ένα μεγάλο δωμάτιο με μπιλιάρδο!
We love the location. The room was clean & spacious with a lovely view over the golf course. Facilities are great. Staff friendly

Location was excellent ,pool was good ,boat trip was very good .Room was good ,with an entertaining view of the 1st Tee.
Very relaxing .
Menu ,managed to eat our way around the menu on the 9 days we where there.Noticeable difference in food quality between days and shift changes of the chiefs .
Beautiful location and grounds.
Location is good, nice view from the terrace and nice walk down to the coast path. Food in the restaurant was decent.
Rooms dated, hallways worse (they really need to scrape the artex off the walls and redecorate, the pool building needs completely renovating. All in all it’s pretty shabby.
We had a lovely stay, the hotel is very comfortable and the staff and breakfast were excellent. Room was lovely and the view over the golf course was nice too.

The room itself was nice, bathroom was clean and new looking. Also nice toiletries.
I wouldn’t class this as 4* by the looks of the interior. The corridors were old and worn out. Doors were worn, it all looked a bit unkept.
We had dinner at the restaurant, we had hoped for high things but the pizza wasn’t great. The amount of tomato puree was overwhelming. The cost vs what you got wasn’t great.
Service was good, we did over hear conversations saying how management had been having a go at staff, we didn’t see a problem with the staff at all however I would say this is more of a 3*. That being said we didn’t have a bad stay, the room was confortable.
Good size comfortable room, beautiful gardens and walk down to the foreshore. We did the hotel boat trip which was a really excellent way to discover the Helford River and took advantage of the swimming pool, both of which enhanced our stay. Dinner was just as excellent as on our previous visit and cocktails were first-class
Bar service rather slow and I had asked if the hotel was able to mark my friend's birthday in a small way (I even offered to pay for any extras) however I didn't receive a response and no acknowledgement was made.

Lack of communication from staff to departments. 24 hour room service not working phone just rang out. Over priced. Food awful

The gardens and grounds are amazing. Food was lovely. Room was very clean and met our expectations.
The bed was pretty small - but I think we had one of the last rooms available, usually we would have booked bigger. A double is probably still a little small for two adults.
Lovely location, beautiful gardens and peaceful. Staff were very friendly and professional.
It was a beautiful location with lovely views of the gardens and surrounding golf course. The staff were very attentive and welcoming. Breakfast was good and was lovely to see pets were welcomed too. Overall, it was very relaxing and we will definitely be back.
