Ac didn’t work.

Booked a higher end room and paid accordingly. Upon arrival, room had not been cleaned as evidenced by unmade beds and rose petals all over the beds and floor. Staff switched us to a different room that was much smaller and the air conditioner was inoperable for our entire stay. The room was hot enough that we had to leave the door propped open to try to get some cooler air. Desk staff failed to provide enough towels etc, and we had to ask several times to get a couple more towels and wash cloths. Understandably, no hotel does everything perfect but this hotel is poorly managed. We will find other lodging next time we are in the area. My biggest frustration is that we paid for a bigger room with more amenities, but we got downgraded it an economy room with no attempt to give us a different room of the same class we paid for.

At the time the central air was out. We got a room with a portable unit in the room. Noisy.

Parking is handled by a valet, and the property does not have a convenient space to pull in or out. Upon arrival, there was no place to stop even briefly to hand over the car to the valet, which I found inconvenient. In fact, I ended up using Uber, as it was faster than retrieving the car.

The AC was not working the whole time while it was too hot around 30 plus degrees. No sleep the whole week.. the hotel offered refund for the inconvenience but still struggling to get the refund after a month with back and forth through booking.com..

Overall, my experience was good, but the parking situation was a bit inconvenient. There’s no self-parking available on site—valet is the only option, and the rest of the parking is limited to the street. That can be a downside if you prefer having direct access to your vehicle or want to avoid relying on valet.

That said, the valet staff were excellent. They were very attentive with my car, handled it with care, and always brought it up quickly whenever I requested it. I also appreciated that they were able to accommodate my modified car without any issues, which isn’t always a given. Their professionalism definitely helped make up for the limited parking options.

NO HABÍA AIRE Acondicionado, NO FUNCIONABA

Wir hatten Probleme mit der Klimaanlage. Im Detail würde eine Renovierung bald gut tun.

We parked our car in the valet area because no valet came out, the kitchen staff never came out to greet us after about 10 minutes so I reached behind the counter to get my own menu, the kitchen card machines went down for like two days and they didn’t have change, our room was so hot and stuffy the whole stay, at least they provided fans and ac once we requested it, my mom said underneath the nightstands were dirty.

Lack of hot water and heating
