Pros:

Very convenient and close to Disney. There are shuttles from the hotel running from morning until the parks close. There is also a bus to Narita Airport in Tokyo.

Cons:

Far from central Tokyo A bus ride of over an hour each way, combined with trains.
The staff is really nice and tries to be helpful, but they don't really speak English at the reception; we managed using Google Translate.
