Property cancelled my stay less than 24hours before check-in and had to spend my vacation finding something new with a small child and an old mother. Booking was also not helpful

Excellent little hotel that deserves more than 3 stars!
A wonderful hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast is delicious and varied, and the swimming pool in the middle of the hotel is a real pleasure – the water is perfectly clean and well maintained. We had a balcony with a sea view, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The hotel is peaceful, comfortable, and offers everything needed for a perfect holiday. The only small downside is the construction site in front of the hotel, which slightly obstructs the sea view, but it did not spoil our experience.
The only downside – poor sound insulation
Unfortunately, the sound insulation between the rooms is not very good. When someone is taking a shower in the neighboring room, you can hear everything quite clearly, as well as the noise from children in the neighboring rooms. This was the only negative thing we noticed during our stay.
Everything else was excellent, but better sound insulation would make the stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.

Все очень понравилось. Расположение отеля отличное, до моря пять минут, вдоль пляжа пешеходная зона на несколько километров в обе стороны, встречать рассвет одно удовольствие. На ресепшене дают пляжные полотенца и воду. Сушить купальники удобно на балконе. Завтрак прекрасный: сытное и сладкое, мед в сотах (!), вкусные кофе, чай, сок. У нас были не только завтраки, но и ужины, мы остались довольны выбором и вкусом блюд. На ужине бесплатные напитки - это чай, кофе, вода. В баре можно купить что-то дополнительное при желании. Отель состоит из двух корпусов, две крыши соединены переходом, с крыши вид на море и город. У бассейна нет музыки, можно было спокойно отдыхать, плавать, читать, в общем, для меня это несомненный плюс. Рядом идет стройка, но ее почти не слышно. Персонал очень дружелюбный и приветливый, особенно на ресепшене. Я попросила второе одеяло, его принесли через 10 минут.
