Very disappointing for the price
Cons:

Very disappointing. This was my second time staying here, but honestly, the experience was much worse than I expected and definitely not worth the price.

* Parking costs SAR 120 per day, which is already quite expensive.
* If you park somewhere else, the bellboy won’t come to collect your luggage.
* You can’t even stop in front of the hotel to load or unload your luggage because the police may issue a ticket.
* If you order through HungerStation or another delivery app, the delivery person isn’t allowed to come up to your room. Reception told me I had to go downstairs to collect my order. Even the bellboy wouldn’t deliver it to my room.

For a hotel at this price point, I honestly expected much better service and convenience. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be staying here again.

It was good.
Pros:

The location is very near to the Haram (gate no.: 330).

Cons:

The staff never respond to room service. We had to wait till asr, and even then they would come in our absence. Room cleaning is very average.
