Great place to stay! Would go back and stay again!
Pros:

The staff was really amazing and super helpful, they did so much to make our stay easy and enjoyable. The property itself was clean and had great amenities. The breakfast was delicious. It was in a quiet area but walkable to town.

Cons:

The property is a little outside of the ancient town but that's what makes it more on the quiet side, however it is an easy walk or short taxi to the town.

Great stay in Hoi An
Pros:

This hotel was the nicest that we stayed in during our trip. The room was lovely with a spacious balcony, comfortable bed, and a very nice bathroom. The staff at the hotel were also extremely helpful, assisting us when our flight was delayed, making sure that the bikes we hired were ready, and welcoming us so kindly when we first arrived. The breakfast was amazing and they even put together breakfast boxes on our last morning as we had to leave very early for our flight. I liked the location as it was quieter than in the old town and was well situated in terms of cycling to the beach. It was also very special to be so close to the river. Thank you to everyone who made our time so special!

Pros:

Die Lage am Fluss war super. Die Innenstadt war in 20 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Das Frühstück fand ich international - kein XL-Buffett, was auch nicht notwendig war - die Auswahl war sehr gut gewählt.

Cons:

Ich habe nichts zu beanstanden.

Very supportive team. Assisting with all requests we had during our stay from attractions advising, through booking support to special needs we raised.

Gym. It’s there but nothing works. None of the equipment nor Aircon in the room.

Beautiful location, amazing staff. Would stay again
Pros:

Great location - near the town (approx 20min walk) yet far away from the loud noise. Amazing staff and customer service. Appreciated the free bicycles as this made it very quick and easy to get into town and explore the area. Room i got had a beautiful lake view. Breakfast was great and i didnt expect to be sung happy birthday at breakfast which was a beautiful surprise and thank you for the cake. Great facilities for a smaller hotel and pool was lovely.

Cons:

Maybe the flooring needs mopping between stays as the floor was quite dirty when we walked around in socks
Would appreciate 2 keycards as it gets very hot so would be nice to leave the AC on.

Pros:

Lovely view from our balcony of the river.
All Staff, but especially Lisa, the Front office manager.
Use of free bikes to roam the local area.
My recommendation for future guests for local spa is Sun Spa. We went 3 times in 4 days they were that good.
For dining, I recommend Tuan and Little Flower. Both run by local families and the food was fresh and tasty.
For coffee, particularly egg coffee, go to Khamy Cafe a few doors down. Beautiful garden setting with river view.

Cons:

Nothing really. It is about a 20-25 minute walk along the river to old town but we did it only at night walking back as the 9pm shuttle was too early for us. There was a cooler breeze and a nice view of the passing boats so it wasn't hard. You can use the free shuttle, bikes or a cheap grab if you don't want to walk.

Peaceful. Pretty.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel and great location on the river. A good 15-20min walk into town so I recommend jumping on a bike, which are free to hire from hotel, and riding along the river to Old Town.
The staff were so friendly too and a huge shout out to Elly at reception for saving us when our flight was unexpectedly rescheduled and managing to get us on another flight. 10/10

Pros:

Very nice staff. Went out of theur way to make the stay memorable. Rooms were immaculately cleaned.

Cons:

Only downside to the stay was the room. It felt a bit basic for four stars (compared to other four star hotels I stayed in in Vietnam). I missed a remote control for the televisin no bathroom amenities.

Pros:

From the very warm welcome to the pleasant goodbye everything was great. The staff were so lovely, the room was great, the lovely pool was much needed. They provide towels for the pool. Breakfast was good with egg station, continental meats, cheese, local food, fruits and pastries. Nice walk along the riverside to the Old Town

Cons:

Leaving. Would have liked to stay longer but it was full.

Really nice friendly hotel
Pros:

I like everything about the hotel. All staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The hotel itself is just a little bit far away from the old town. It is only 50,000 dong for a tuk tuk, which is about £2.50 in uk, so very cheap to get to the old town
