Great location very helpful team would stay again
Pros:

Great hotel , very attentive. Staff, nothing was too much trouble.

Cons:

Minor thing but we found the bed too hard, but we are used to a memory foam mattress. The manager told us to mention the mattress and told us we could have called the reception for a “topper”.

Beautifully decorated hotel on the river in a quiet area of Hoi An close to the centre
Pros:

The room was beautifully decorated with a comfy bed. We had a connecting room with our kids which was perfect. The view on the river was fantastic. The staff were all so lovely. They helped us get a bike for our son who needed a kids bike.

Lovely hotel and staff, excellent value for money. Location very nice on the river
Pros:

Lovely staff who couldn’t do enough for us. So friendly and welcoming. Hotel style was old style and renovated in keeping with this. Very comfortable and clean.

Cons:

Probably just a little too far to walk regularly into the old town but it was extremely hot when we were there. About 25 mins. Grabs were always readily available for a lift and very cheap.
Bikes were available for free as an alternative

A lovely hetel on the riverfront.
Pros:

The hotel is about a 20 minute walk along the river to the old city or you can use the shuttle provided. There are many restaurants & cafes close by. The rooms are clean& comfortable and good breakfast is provided.
The staff are welcoming, friendly & extremely helpful. Thank you to Lisa, Alice,Hanna, Daisy, Min & John & the housekeeping staff

ספא מדהיםםם.
אכלנוהאת רוב הארוחות במלון. אוכל משובח.

Cons:

ביקשתי מספר פעמים שיעשו לק,גל לבת שלי. צוות הקבלה לא העביר זאת לספא ועשו לה שם טיפול גדול שלא ביקשתי ואיהו מותאם לילדה בת 14.

Perfect for Filipino getaway
Pros:

The location is great. The atmosphere is so good (Vietnamese are so accommodating and Lisa so good in English). The room is so clean and smells fresh.

Pros:

La habitación con terraza al río es muy amplia y agradable, las fotos hacen justicia. Camas cómodas. La distancia al centro a pie está a unos 25min, en bici a 10min.

Cons:

El hotel cuenta con bicis gratis, cogimos 2 días y están algo descuidadas. La piscina tiene buen tamaño pero las zonas de alrededor para hamacas es limitada, no da para mucha gente a la vez, si bien es cierto que de 3 días solo uno no había sitio donde sentarse al salir porque 2 familias grandes ocupaban todo.

Merveilleux établissement pour passer un beau séjour à Hoian.
Pros:

Tout, déjà l'accueil était personnalisé et très complet. Nous avons été très bien reçues. L'établissement est très beau, le lobby, la salle de restaurant, la piscine, le tout, à taille humaine.
Le personnel est extraordinaire, toujours à notre écoute et facilitant toutes nos demandes.
Les chambres sont juste magnifiques, confortables et très propres.
Nous avons adoré séjourner dans cet hôtel et le recommandons.

Tranquil escape with easy access to old town
Pros:

Quiet, nice rooms, away from super busy old town but an easy bike ride/shuttle bus away (both provided by the hotel). Great breakfast. Excellent service, especially Lisa from reception went over and beyond helping me with everything I needed or wished for during my stay.

Heerlijk verblijf met veel comfort
Pros:

Aan de waterkant is het lekker rustig met voorbij tuffende bootjes, uit de drukte van de stad. Op de leenfiets of betaalde scooters van het hotel ben je zo in het oude centrum. Het vriendelijke personeel, zwembad, spa, fijne kamers met goed bed en douche maken het erg comfortabel. Het uitgebreide ontbijt en mooie afwerking maken het een luxe geheel.

Cons:

Er is niet voor al de gasten plek aan het zwembad, als ze volgeboekt zijn. Daarentegen hebben wij hebben er echter geen last van ondervonden.
