Location was good as easy to access other places including Hoi An old town. The pool was great to cool down. The staff were super helpful sorting tickets for the Memories show that we could easily walk to as well as a taxi to the airport and checking we were OK with everything. A really great stay at a super price.

The hotel is located on the river a little over 1 km from the east side of the Old Town. I appreciated the location, which permits one to walk to and from the Old Town along the river bank, which is a picturesque walk. One can also catch a Grab. The hotel staff were attentive and helpful, including in providing information about activities and services in Hoi An. The hotel had a restaurant which provided a satisfactory breakfast and was available for other meals during the day. The hotel was designed and fitted out in an attractive style. The hotel rooms were a comfortable size and clean. While the hotel did not have some features of larger and fancier 5 star hotels, the hotel was comfortable, conveniently located and offered value for money.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 – Exceptional hospitality and one of the best hotel stays I’ve experienced.

From the moment I booked, the communication was excellent. The team provided all the information I needed before I arrived, making everything straightforward and stress-free. Check-in was smooth, efficient and welcoming.

What truly makes this hotel special, however, is its people. I’ve stayed in many hotels over the years, but the warmth, kindness and genuine hospitality from every member of staff here were on another level. It never felt rehearsed or simply part of the job—it felt completely genuine.

I’d especially like to thank Hannah, the General Manager, and Lisa, the Reception Manager. Both would regularly come over at breakfast to ask how I was, whether I was enjoying my stay, and if there was anything I needed. As someone travelling alone, those small conversations and personal interactions meant far more than they probably realised. They made me feel genuinely welcome rather than just another guest.

Lisa was absolutely amazing throughout my stay. She went above and beyond on several occasions, even arranging fresh fruit for me when I asked. We also had some lovely conversations—even about skincare—which made me smile and added such a personal touch to the experience. It’s those little moments that you remember long after you’ve checked out.

V, on reception, was equally fantastic. Every time I saw her she greeted me with a smile, was incredibly friendly and always happy to help with anything I needed.

I’d also like to mention the trainee receptionist (I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name). She was excellent—professional, enthusiastic and genuinely eager to help. She has a wonderful attitude and will no doubt have a very successful future in hospitality.

One thing that really stood out was that the staff remembered my name. Every day I was greeted personally, which made such a difference, especially when travelling on my own. That level of attention and care is something you simply don’t experience very often.

The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh, high-quality food. The room was spacious, spotless and comfortable, with a fantastic view, and the rooftop bar was another highlight. Even the housekeeping team were always smiling, friendly and happy to help whenever I needed anything.

I understand there were some renovation works taking place during my stay, but honestly, they didn’t affect my visit at all. These things happen, and the hotel managed them so well that they never became an issue.

The location was also excellent, making it easy to explore the city while providing a comfortable place to return to after a day out.

What I’ll remember most isn’t the room or even the facilities—it’s the people. Their kindness, professionalism and genuine care created an atmosphere that made me feel completely at home. Every member of the team went above and beyond, and that is what turned a great hotel into an unforgettable one.

Thank you to Hannah, Lisa, V, the trainee receptionist and the entire team. You should all be incredibly proud of what you’ve created. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and will recommend this hotel to anyone visiting. A thoroughly deserved 10 out of 10.

Staff were so friendly and helpful. Room with balcony overlooking the river was lovely. Great breakfast and 25 minute walk to night market or quick easy GRAB ride.

Recommend a 5th floor river view with balcony. Very comfortable and spacious room. 30 min walk to Old town or easy ride on free bicycles available. River in front of hotel made every day interesting, watching boats and fishing going on. Pool was lovely to cool off in after exploring beautiful Hoi An. Breakfast was deli, with many options.. The staff were a stand out and Lisa, the office manager spoke excellent English and was super helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

I love it so much, so peaceful and pleasant

The location is fabulous....far enough away from old town to be out of the noise but close enough to take it in when you want. Its not a huge hotel so your not going to be inundated with noise and people there.
The staff were wonderful, always asking how our stay is and what we had planned. Upon arrival Lisa gave us suggestions and a map, she was a star.
