Excellent séjour
Pros:

Excellent séjour, appartement propre, personnel très gentil; service rapide. Je remercie spécialement Mme Marwa et Mme Asmaa pour leur disponibilité et leur gentillesse.

Cons:

Le bruit de l'ascenseur spécialement la nuit et on entend aussi le bruit des voitures dans la rue. Double vitrage est fortement recommandé !

Séjour enchanteur à Alexandrie
Pros:

Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances. L'hôtel est propre, avec une vue panoramique sur la mer. Le personnel est très gentil, serviable et rapide. La nourriture servie sur la terrasse au 10ème étage est excellente et les repas sont copieux.

Cons:

Le seul problème, c'est qu'on entend le bruit de l'ascenseur la nuit. Il faudrait également mettre du double vitrage sur les fenêtres, car on entend aussi le bruit des voitures dans la rue. À part cela, tout est impeccable.

A wonderful stay! The hotel is very good in terms of location, and the sea view is fantastic. It offers excellent service, a very respectful staff, and a high level of cleanliness. I would also like to thank the reception team, Mai and Mahmoud. I highly recommend it. I would also like to thank the service staff: Jihan, Nasma, Samar, and Mohamed.
