we expected much more for the price we paid. disappointing

Nice location near the lake. very spacious and green

Cons:

The rooms presented on the internet site were much better and very different from what we've received. we were told it's because we booked a standard room and not the premium. room was very basic and old style. it was in the old wing of the hotel and it smelled of mold in the hallway
Hotel has nice facilities, but most of them were priced separately as extra (i.e. bicycle)
in short, for the price they charge, we expected much more.

Pobyt w porządku, ale w stosunku do ceny pokoju to bez rewelacji.
Pros:

Śniadania na plus, ogromny wybór, świeżo wyciskane soki - najmocniejsza strona pobytu. Pokoje czyste, zadbane, ale bez fajerwerków. Basen i sauny czyste, można przyjemnie spędzić w nich czas. Obsługa miła i uprzejma, okolica hotelu bardzo ładna i klimatyczna, ale na rozrywki czy sklepy dookoła nie ma co liczyć. Sam hotel bardzo ładny, ale vibe zdecydowanie pod konferencje/wesela/imprezy okolicznościowe, a nie wypoczynek.

Cons:

W pokoju brak kosmetyków czy artykułów higienicznych, o szczoteczkę i pastę do zebów trzeba było upomnieć się w recepcji. Do zamówienego jedzenia przez room service dopłata 10 złotych za dostawę. Porównując cenę za noc do warunków jakie zastaliśmy to bez rewelacji.
