Lovely family break
Pros:

Location, food and lovely staff. Comfy and clean room. The spa is great. We loved Aruana restaurant. Overall peaceful and lovely stay.

Cons:

I didn’t like that the hotel advertise to be great for kids. There was not much happening during the week. Kids menu was poor and when we asked for basic ham sandwich for my child they could not make it as it was lunchtime and breakfast staff has gone home. The riverside facilities were also closed during the week, no sunbeds by the river.

ŚWIETNY POBYT WRACAM TAM CHĘTNIE
Pros:

Pokój był ok czysty wszystko mający. Parking z duża ilością miejsc. Super plaża bardzo dobrej jakości jedzenie typu fast food na plaży. Fajnie zagospodarowana w leżaki co się poprawiło vs tamten rok. Dobre jedzenie i drinki w restauracji. Bogate śniadania świeże soki i przygotowywane omlety oraz dobrej jakości produkty.

Cons:

Ciężko o miejsca w restauracji ala carte. Za mało kelnerów długi czas oczekiwania na obsługę jakieś 30 min czekałem aż ktoś podejdzie inni goście się denerwowali mimo że kelnerzy biegali to było ich po prostu za mało. Brak oświetlenia pod prysznicem.

Basen, czystość, restauracja i obsługa na miarę 4 gwiazdek

Cons:

Pomijając że system TV z przed 15 lat, to i tak z powodu awarii anteny, cały pobyt bez TV.
Internet w pokoju makabrycznie wolny, pewnie z powodu fatalnego zasięgu WiFi.
W pokojach brak serwisu kawowego. Nie zrobisz sobie kawy czy herbaty.
Zasłony nie dają się szczelnie zasłonić a na łóżkach tylko po jednej poduszce, dlatego nie pośpisz komfortowo.
Na hotelowej plaży, permanentny zakaz kąpieli - ta informacja powinna być w ofercie!
Okazało się, że podczas pobytu sanepid wydał ostrzeżenie o skażeniu wody i zakazał kąpieli. Dowiedziałem się o tym będąc na plaży miejskiej. Tymczasem na plaży hotelowej małe dzieci taplają się w najlepsze a tu brak jakichkolwiek informacji o skażeniu wody, w hotelu nikt nic nie wie.

Peaceful but average hotel far too overpriced
Pros:

The location and area is very beautiful, on the lake
Nice for a peaceful few days on the water
The BBQ out by the lake was excellent

Cons:

Everything was far too expensive for Poland
Tennis for an hour over £20
Main meals in the restaurant were equivalent to £25, and not great either
Rooms quite dated

Pros:

We stayed only for one night and could not evaluate the full infrastructure of the hotel. Very nice beach, clean river, wide enough, there are water sports. The restaurant has an excellent, rich breakfast, the a la carte restaurant is very tasty, the prices are moderate

Cons:

Lady from the the reception was very serious and didn’t smile. Servants in the restaurant a-la-cart didn’t speak English very well. There’re no drink water in the rooms. Very limit set of toiletries.

Cons:

The quality of service you get for the price of 200EUr or even 400EUR per night is absolutely unacceptable. Staff was not really able to speak English in most of the cases, and the service level was rather poor. Especially at the beach - a staff member Piotr working at the beach was extremely rude and unprofessional, he just kicked the beach chairs off us 2 times arguing the beach is closing sharply at 18:00 and there is absolutely no way we could stay on these poor chairs longer even when we mentioned we can bring the chairs ourselves to the point where they are stored. Very poor impression.
