Pros:

Szép a hotel remek medencékkel, a személyzet szuper kedves, az ételek és az italok finomak és kedvező áron vannak. A kilátás szép, a szállás tiszta.

Cons:

Reggelit sajnos nem érdemes rendelni, az a la carte ételek színvonalasabbak.
A parton kevés a nyugágy a hotel méretéhez képest és a víz ezen a részen sajnos tele van hínárral.

Все было идеально! Пляж с лежаками на территории отеля, также есть чистый и комфортный бассейн и детская зона. Сотрудники очень отзывчивые и внимательные! Мы из-за обстоятельств попросили ранний заезд и сотрудники отеля быстро нашли решение за небольшую доплату. В номере было чисто и ежедневно проводили уборку и меняли полотенца. В целом за такую цену просто прекрасно!

Pros:

the location is good, the staff are friendly and the ambinence of the hotel is also good. they have facilities like pool, bar and movie night for kids over all it was good

Cons:

very money minded, everything is charged, ven a small stain on the bed they charged 100k
buffet was not included and we bought breakfast but not many options for vegetarians

Great value accommodation with a view.
Pros:

We enjoyed the 5 nights here, The seaside balcony room was great. Room is kept clean and the staff are all great. Plenty of amenities in walking distance on the street. There is still a decent local vibe at this end of Benoa. Beach was nice but the beach path was amazed by the recent rain. The pool is nice.

Cons:

Beach cafe pricing is a bit high given the location and budget style of a former Ibis.

We didn’t get the room we booked. There was also a strong mould smell and we all woke up in the morning with coughing and not feeling well.

Pros:

Looks much better in the photos than in the reality

* Dirty and too crowded.
* Don’t have facilities to accommodate so many people for breakfast! At 8am there is no choice already and only leftovers for a choice.

The main pool was nice.

Cons:

The food did not cater to westerners. The egg station was very slow. Also, they were holding events in the main floor area and it was very loud which made it difficult to sleep. They have a bit to go to make it a true 4 star resort.

Won’t be back. Although it was nice it wasn’t great.

It was on the beach.

Cons:

The room smelt musty and damp, it was not that clean and although housekeeping came daily it was very hit and miss. Sometimes your water was replaced or your toilet paper topped up but don’t expect both. I don’t think under the beds had been cleaned for quite some time and The fridge was not cold. The breakfast was the wise I have ever had anywhere. Very disappointing.

Reasonable location but would never recommend.

Location with direct beach access

Cons:

Worst breakfast I’ve ever paid for in any hotel in the world. Room service was equally as disgusting. Safe wouldn’t open and regardless of how many times we reported it it wasn’t fixed. House keeping never knocked they just barged in on one occasion I was sitting on the toilet.
