Неймовірно привітний персонал, Вас одразу пригощають холодним лимонадом на рецепціі!
Чистота , зручність, велика кількість зон для відпочинку , безкоштовна парковка в паркінгу, безкоштовний хамам, просторі чисті номери, косметичні засоби в наявності. Приємний комплімент в номері вода газована, не газована, кола , печіво, чай, кава (безкоштовно)
Стильний інтерʼєр готелю, чудовий ресторан , де можна повечеряти!
Смачні сніданки, широкий вибір сирів, маслин, солодощів, фрукти, овочі і закуски!
Однозначно рекомендую цей готель!

Güzel otel ama eksiklikleri var.

Çocuklu aile için oyun çocuk odası yapılmış. Odada güvenlik 0. Çocuk lambayı kendisi açmak istese elektrik akımına maruz kalabilir. Bakır kabloları gözle bariz görüyorsunuz. O anahtarı yapan elektrikcide hata ve takip etmeyen otel sahibinde en büyük hata. Can güvenliği otelin herşeyinden önde gelmesi lazım. Odada bebek emeklemesi bile tehlikeli nedeni ise elektrik kablolarını düzensiz yerlerde bağlamaları. Priz ve anahtarları belli bir yüksekliğe montaj etmelerinin sebebi çocuklar bebekler ulaşamasın ama yerlere atılmıs 220 v elektrik kablosu en büyük tehlike bebek ve çocuklar anlamaz ağızlarına alıp ıstırabilir. Vs vs konu uzar gider yazmaya kalksam.

Onvriendelijke ontvangst en dure sema‑kaartjes aangeboden terwijl dezelfde online veel goedkoper waren.

Ruime kamer, ik had een 4 persoonskamer geboekt met zn tweeën.

Cons:

Bij aankomst werden we niet begroet en de man in de lobby keek ons met een onaangename blik aan. Tijdens het inchecken hielp een vriendelijke dame ons, maar dezelfde man bemoeide zich tussendoor met ons gesprek terwijl hij met andere gasten bezig was. Hij gaf ongevraagd informatie over de sema‑voorstelling en bood kaartjes aan voor €25, terwijl we later online exact dezelfde tickets voor de helft van de prijs vonden. Dit gaf geen professionele indruk.

Sehr angenehm aber keine Aussicht nach aussen.
Pros:

Wir haben die Familiensuite gebucht und sind von der Zimmergrösse ünerrascht worden sehr geräumig und hat noch eine eigene Küche. Von aussen sieht man kaum wie gross das das Hotel im inneren ist. Also wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Ein Tag vor der Anreise wollten sie mich in 2 normale Zimmer versetzen. Da das Familiensuite ein technisches problem habe. Ich akzeptierte das natürlich nicht. Dann bei der Ankunft haben sie mir gesagt, dass das Problem behoben wurde.

Hôtel pratique dans le centre ville de Konya
Pros:

L’hôtel était bien situé, à 5 minutes à pieds du centre-ville piéton. L’équipe était très accueillante, notamment Yaku, le petit perroquet dans le salon. Équipement correct dans la chambre (café, thé, bouteille d’eau). Grande salle de bain.

Cons:

Nous avions réservé une chambre triple avec trois lits simples. Les lits simples étaient un peu petit.
