Pros:

Мне очень понравился номер,в номере было всё необходимое, чувствуешь себя как дома,было чисто.Отель в очень хорошем месте везде близко.Понравилось что довольно быстро отвечали на мои сообщения и были на связи.Я обязательно ещё буду останавливаться там!

تم التواصل معهم عبر الايميل ان الوصول الساعه 11 صباحا وتوقعنا ان يتم دخولنا لي السكن ..بعد ذلك تم الوصول ولم يتم الدخول وتم ارسال الايميل نريد الدخول مبكر ولم يتم الايضاح او التعاون مع ارسال اكثر من ايميل ولم يكن هناك تعاون للاسف ..وبعد ذلك عرفنا ان هناك مكتب للشقق ولم يتم اخبارنا عنه وفي اليوم التالي تم ايقاظنا بدري مع انه لم يكن يوم المغادره وفتحو باب السكن علينا و اعتذرو بعد ذلك ..لن اعيد الاقامه ابدا

Chronically broken system and zero support

This is a completely automated self-check-in property with absolutely NO reception and NO functional customer support.

They failed to send the required 6-digit entrance code in my confirmation email due to a glitch in their system. I explicitly verified this systemic error because I compared my confirmation email with another guest who was entering the building at the same time: our emails were text-for-text identical, except my email completely lacked the actual code line. Due to this technical failure, I was left locked out on the street with my luggage for hours. I tried messaging them via Booking and calling their emergency hotline, but it was completely unreachable for international numbers.

It was incredibly embarrassing for the property that a waitress from a neighboring restaurant saw me stranded and had to handle my check-in process on their behalf. She had to use her local Czech phone line to finally reach someone after multiple attempts just to get the code for me. Shockingly, she told me that this is a regular occurrence and she encounters 4 to 5 helpless guests from this exact hotel locked out on the street every single week for the same reason.

To make matters worse, management openly lied to Booking.com, claiming they sent an SMS (which they never did) and that their hotline works perfectly. They refuse to take responsibility for their proven system glitches and rejected a refund.

Leaving paying guests stranded on the street and relying on local restaurant staff to do your job is unacceptable. Do not risk your safety by staying here. Disastrous service.

I would recommend this property to anyone wishing to be within walking distance of major attractions.
Pros:

Outstanding location—Opened the window of our room and felt like I could have teased out and touched the 13th century cathedral next door.
Also, great water pressure in shower.
