Pros:

This hotel was terrific!
The location and the 2nd floor bar/restaurant were all nice.
The staff was great.
The room was very comfortable and the 20th floor gave us a view of the Hudson.

Excellent Value in the Financial District

We’ve stayed at several hotels in New York City over the years, and the Hilton Garden Inn NYC Financial Center/Manhattan Downtown proved to be a solid choice, especially for travelers looking for comfort and convenience without paying luxury hotel prices.

Pros:

* The location is excellent, with easy access to the Financial District, ferries, the subway, and waterfront attractions.
* The staff were friendly, welcoming, and efficient throughout the stay.
* One feature I really appreciated was the air conditioning. Unlike many hotels that heavily restrict thermostat settings, this room actually let us choose our preferred temperature with very few limitations—a small detail that made a big difference for sleeping comfortably.
* If you book a water-view room, the views are beautiful and definitely worth considering.

Cons:

* The lobby was consistently warm and stuffy, making it less inviting than expected.
* Parts of the hotel feel dated and could benefit from a refresh.
* The elevators were somewhat slow, especially during busier times of the day.

Nice stay at NYC.
Pros:

Nice, spacious, clean, and new apartment. Very clean and new bathroom. The property is almost in front of the subway station.

Cons:

I forgot a suéter and a shirt in the wardrobe.

Lovely Financial District Hotel
Pros:

Nice hotel - very close to all transportation - Battery Park and the Ferry across the street. The rooms are large for NYC and the Water View rooms are wonderful.
Busy with guests from all over.
Construction outside now -- But no noise and hotel was nice.

Gute Lage im Süden von Manhattan.
Pros:

Schöne Aussicht zum Hudson Bay. Nahe zur Ferry Staten Island, WallStreet und World Trade Center Memorial.

Cons:

Grosse Baustelle vor dem Haus. Etwas lärmig.
Frühstück gebucht. Ich habe einen Voucher erhalten dafür (Wert: 25 $) Alles was ich darüber bezogen habe, musste ich extra bezahlen.
Leider ist die Aussicht zur Freiheitsstatue von einem Gebäude davor verdeckt.
Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Preis/Leistung stimmt nicht.
