Great location for Great Saunter Walk
Pros:

We had to pay extra for breakfast. The room had a pretty good view of Stanton Island Ferry dock. We chose the hotel primarily due to the location. The start of the Great Saunter Walk was right around the corner from the hotel.

Cons:

The hotel staff were not super helpful or friendly. While we did have a decent view from our room, we did pay extra for a room with a view of the river and most of it was blocked by other buildings.

Pros:

nothing other than it’s in Manhattan.requested accessible room with two beds and confirmed the day before we would get it. we arrived at 10 pm and found out that since previous guest messed up ac, we would need to either stay in an not accessible room or have our young child stay in a different room in a different floor.

Cons:

was given a non accessible room even though I confirmed with them that I would get an accesible room since I am in a wheelchair. did not bother to inform us about this until we arrived late night. also confirmed the day before that the kitchen could accommodate food allergies for breakfast, however kitchen staff did not understand allergies . most lights in the room didn’t work. could not enter the bathroom in the room with wheelchair due to the bed being very close to the door

Lo consiglio vivamente!
Pros:

Camera fantastica, richiedavamo le pulizie ogni giorno, e senza ulteriore costo hanno soddisfatto le nostre esigenze. Staff molto cordiale e disponibile. Stazione metro molto vicina, a pochi passi dall'hotel.
Ci è stata restituita la cauzione dopo una settimana dal check-out.
Fantastica posizione per visitare la zona di Wall Street, Memoriale 11 Settembre, tour per la statua della libertà.
Distanza di circa 20 min per tutto il resto.

Excellent Hotel
Pros:

Great location, great view from the window out to Governors Island. Close to several subway durations. Friendly and helpful staff. Good food, dinner and breakfast. Room was clean and a decent size. Air-conditioning worked very well. Loads of places to eat close by too.
