Cons:

The elevators are slooow! And there are only two for such a large hotel. But it’s a minor inconvenience that you get over pretty quickly!

Pros:

We loved that it was so close to a subway station.

Cons:

I’m not sure if the windows were tinted, but it would be terrible if the people living in the condos across the street could see through our room. We could definitely see through the windows of their condo, and I hope they don’t see through ours either.

Ok stay. Not a good value for what you pay.
Pros:

Great location.

Cons:

Employees (most of them) were not very friendly (looked bored). Room was super dark as it looked toward the hallway not outside. Pool looked old and dirty. Gym was nice but too hot as it is in the same space as spa. It was so hot that I had to leave.

Great location, but the overall hotel experience was fairly average.
Pros:

The main highlight was the great location. Staff were friendly.

Cons:

The room had a strong smell of marijuana when we arrived, to the point that we had to ask staff to clean it. The tap water was brown the first night, although it improved slightly the next day. The conditioner bottle was also empty, so we had to ask staff to refill it. Overall, it was a very average hotel — the main highlight was the great location.

Receptionist team were always smile and make our day delightful.
I loved Martin's beautiful smile and calm and welcoming face.
They provided everything we asked for. We'll be back soon!

Dostali sme izbu na 28.poschodi s perfektným výhľadom. Izba bola plne vybavená, čistá. Personál milý. Ako turisti sme mali blízko ku všetkému:)

Great hotel - would definitely stay here again
