Pros:

Lovely staff and comfy beds

Cons:

The room was very cold when we arrived and the temperature was hard to get right with the heating disabled and the small fan heater the other option. We are from a hot place so it felt freezing for us

Both breakfast and staff were really nice. Did like the hotel and location
Pros:

Great location and hotel was really nice

Cons:

Bed was too soft to the point of rolling into one another when trying to move.
Fridge was not cold even thou we turned it up and had to take insulin to reception to put in their fridge to keep cool. You should be able to keep medication in the fridge without any concern.

What a wonderful stay! The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable and welcoming. The staff were absolutely amazing, friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The food was absolutely fantastic and exceeded our expectations. A truly lovely experience, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to others. We look forward to staying again!

Cons:

The only downside was the parking. Unfortunately, there was apparently no on-site parking available, so we had to park on the street and pay for parking between 2 pm and 6 pm. This was a little inconvenient and something worth being aware of when booking.

Disappointingly worse than my own place
Pros:

The location is good if you want to go to Kings Park. When I complained and got an upgrade, I got a slightly better room with problems still in the what I didnt like section.

Cons:

The room I was given originally was baaadddd. The smoke alarm was dusty, coffee mug stains galore, bathroom had several cracks, mattress was uneven, mirror had several stains, kettle was not cleaned out. In the bathroom, a smoke alarm sticker was worn out where I had no visible instructions came, especially if a fire broke out in that tiny tiny room. This whole place needs renovations to grouting and its many cracks. Oh, and you have to go downstairs to get your water, which I couldnt even get when I wanted to.

Pros:

The location was good. The little chia pots are really nice as well.

Cons:

Hot water went out and the front desk did not seem bothered about it besides that they are getting it fixed. Also I waited so long to order a coffee I left. They seemed to busy trying to look busy for there I assumed manager. Check in I had to remind them that breakfast was included.
