Great staff service and comfortable facilities for working whilst having a coffee and refreshments.
Not enough water bottles to take one back to your room but did like having sparkling water available.

the hotel room and facilities were top notch. The location is also very convenient.
The room service was 10/10, i even managed to order and receive my meal within 20 minutes from ordering.
The lack of a gym or any 'extra' facilities was a small comfort that felt like it was missing, but otherwise nothing bad to report.
The location for me was ideal as had appointments in the area. Its a beautiful spot close to Kings Park, Subiaco and the City and the hotel had a friendly and cozy vibe.
Room was comfortable, well appointed and well serviced.

A bottle of water would be nice to have in the room especially after a long trip.
The design of the bathroom was problematic and the whole room gets soaked after a shower.
Vanity sink is so small and hard to use.
This is not the hotels fault but poor design from Interior designs that have to mange with now.
Not much. There was no parking but says there is parking on line. The reception said there are only 7 spots and the solution was to get a parking app or drive around until you find one in the street. We were travelling from Geraldton to the airport so needed parking. Breakfast was good and breakfast staff were good.
The rooms are tight. The halls are dark. They want you to buy coffee as a part of the ‘complimentary’ breakfast. The facilities in the room were pokey. The front staff were unhelpful and a bit snooty. The hotel lobby is trying to be a teenager’s hang out space and is not very comfortable. I would never choose Tribe hotels again in the future based on this one.

Some parts of the bathroom would do with a revamp. A few mould spots and a few carpets coming up.
Also please don’t put the air con on freezing in winter. Brrr….

Central location, easy access and modern
The bed was uncomfortable
Location. Perfect for access to CBD, UWA, hospitals, Kings Park, Subiaco, with free overnight street parking. A quiet area on weekends.
We were given an accessible room for some reason and without explanation, with one side of the bed against the window which was awkward & uncomfortable for two people. The room felt smaller than the already compact Tribe rooms, perhaps to accommodate requirements of the ensuite.
It was a really nice clean and extremely helpful staff to stay
