Lovely clean hotel close to Old Town .
Pros:

Very friendly staff, easy going. Comfy room, great location with nice walk to old town. Refreshing rooftop pool.

Pros:

The pool on the roof is fabulous. The hotel is very clean. The family and staff who look after you couldn't be nicer. The bed was very comfy. No shortage of hot water in the shower. Breakfast was good. Eggs cooked to order.

Cons:

No option to make tea in our room, only coffe, the awful nescafe premix sachet with whitner and sugar. The room cups are very very small for the large sachet of powdered junk.

A very nice experience from a family run boutique hotel that ticks all the boxes.
Pros:

Lona and all the staff at Uptown Hotel are very helpful and very nice people that make you very welcome.
I would certainly recommend this small friendly family run boutique hotel to anyone going to Hoi An and we will certainly return again one day.

Cons:

There was nothing we didn't like at this hotel and I'd be surprised if anyone else would either.
