We had a wonderful stay at Uptown Hoi An Hotel. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and in a great location, but what really made our stay special was the service.

A special thank you to Lona and Sue for their exceptional hospitality. They were both so warm, friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their kindness and genuine service made us feel very well taken care of throughout our stay.

Thank you to the whole Uptown Hoi An team, especially Lona and Sue, for making our time in Hoi An even more memorable. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again! ❤️

Friendly staff, nice rooms and close to everything

コスパ良し。
Pros:

ホイアン観光地まで10〜15分程度でいけるからアクセスは良い。部屋はきれいで清潔感がある。
スタッフもとても愛想が良い。お世話になりました。

Cons:

特にない。強いていうなら、ホテルが大通りに面しているため、早朝に車やバイクの音が少し気になったくらい。観光地の近くにあるため、一長一短で仕方ない。

Pros:

Location, value for money & staff were all great. Free bikes too.

Cons:

Not much to add here, as mentioned in previous reviews the free to use bikes could do with some minor maintenance, brakes for example, they work but you need a runway for stopping distance! Good fun though.😁
